Another plan in the making is the development of the Badrinarayan Chowk with resting zones, open public spaces for relaxation, interaction and experiencing the town’s spiritual experience along with well-designed seating areas.

According to the state tourism department, the plans would also include strong emphasis on local culture and art. For instance, ISBT walls would feature murals that have been inspired by religious themes and local folk art. They would also include visually appealing and culturally meaningful landscapes. Furthermore, Vasudha Vatika would include a combination of spirituality, nature and Uttarakhand’s traditional aesthetics.

Symbols associated with Lord Vishnu would prominently be featured. Panchajanya Shankh (conch), Kaumodaki Gada (mace), Sudarshan Chakra and Vaikunth Dwar (gateway to heaven) along with artistic representations inspired by the Mahabharata and Ramayana would also feature to enhance the town’s spiritual identity.

Glowing lamps along the Alaknanda River for the Diya Aarti Ghat would also be developed for creating a divine evening for pilgrims. Bhagwant Mann: Punjab Police continued its anti-drug crackdown under the ‘Yudh Nashian Virudh’ campaign, arresting 114 alleged drug smugglers during raids conducted across different parts of the state.

Bhooth Bangla Box Office Collection Day 21: Akshay Kumar’s Bhooth Bangla is continuing its solid run at the box office even after completing three weeks in theatres. Despite facing fresh competition and slowing collections, the horror-comedy has managed to stay stable and has now crossed a major milestone at the Indian box office. The film has comfortably entered the Rs 150 crore club and remains one of Bollywood’s strongest performers of 2026.

Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla marked the reunion of the filmmaker with Akshay Kumar after several years. The combination of horror, comedy and nostalgia has clearly worked in the film’s favour. Family audiences continue to support the movie, helping it maintain steady collections even in its third week.

Bhooth Bangla Box Office Collection Day 21

According to Sacnilk, Bhooth Bangla collected around Rs 1.75 crore net in India on Day 21. With this, the film’s total India net collection has reached nearly Rs 150 crore. The film has also performed strongly in overseas markets. Reports suggest that its worldwide gross collection currently stands at around Rs 234.93 crore, while overseas earnings are close to Rs 56.95 crore.

The steady performance has helped the film remain among the top-performing Hindi films currently running in cinemas.

Bhooth Bangla Holds Strong Despite Raja Shivaji Wave

Interestingly, Bhooth Bangla has managed to maintain decent collections even after the massive success of Raja Shivaji, which is dominating theatres across Maharashtra. The film’s family-friendly horror-comedy genre and Priyadarshan’s nostalgic style are helping it attract repeat audiences. Although the collections have slowed compared to its opening weeks, the drop has remained controlled.

The movie has also achieved another major record. It has reportedly become the highest-grossing non-franchise horror-comedy film of all time in Bollywood.

However, crossing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’s lifetime collection looks difficult. Kartik Aaryan’s blockbuster had earned around Rs 180 crore in India net collections. Bhooth Bangla still needs more than Rs 30 crore to beat that number, which trade analysts believe is unlikely at this stage of its theatrical run.

As per the viral story circulating online, the bride’s father had carefully arranged food and seating for around 100 wedding guests. However, the groom’s side allegedly showed up with almost double the number of people, creating chaos at the wedding venue. Frustrated by the sudden increase in guests and the pressure on food arrangements, the bride’s father reportedly mixed jamalgota, a powerful laxative, into the wedding feast served to the baraatis. Soon after the meal, complete chaos reportedly broke out at the venue. Guests were allegedly seen running toward nearby fields and open areas in desperation. Water bottles were flying everywhere, dhotis were flapping in the wind, and the entire baraat reportedly turned into a hilarious marathon scene. The incident quickly became the talk of social media, with users calling it one of the funniest wedding stories ever.

Several social media posts claimed that the baraatis had no idea what caused the sudden stomach disaster until it was too late. Donald Trump: The United States military has carried out intensive strikes on Qeshm port and Bandar Abbas in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Interestingly, US officials remarked that these strikes don’t mean a restart of the war or an abrupt end to the announced ceasefire on April 7, 2026.

Allegations By Iran And USA

The United States claimed that drones, small boats and missiles were first launched by Tehran against three of US warships in an unprovoked attack. US Central Command (Centcom) said the attack by Iran happened when US Navy guided-missile destroyers transited through the strait.

Centcom added that it was successful in eliminating inbound threats and targeting the military facilities of Iran that were responsible for attack on US forces. However, the top military command of Iran claimed that it was the United States that had first targeted an oil tanker of Iran and another vessel that was approaching the strategic Strait of Hormuz before carrying out a series of “aerial attacks” on several coastal areas.

Ironically, the strikes came at a moment when backchannel diplomacy between Washington and Tehran appeared to be making cautious progress. Over recent weeks, intermediaries including Gulf nations and regional actors had reportedly facilitated indirect negotiations between the two sides.
