The long wait for the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is likely to end soon. Farmers across the country have been waiting since Diwali and Chhath Puja for the release of ₹2,000 under the government’s flagship scheme. According to reports, the payment could be released in the first week of November 2025, before the Bihar Assembly elections.

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) provides ₹6,000 per year to small and marginal farmers in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each. The amount is directly transferred to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts to provide financial assistance for agricultural and livelihood needs.

Are the ₹2,000 Credits Coming Today?

There has been widespread speculation among farmers that the ₹2,000 installment may be credited on November 1, as it falls just days before the first phase of the Bihar elections. Although no official announcement has been made yet, previous patterns show that the government sometimes releases the installment before making a public declaration.

Notably, farmers in Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir have already received the payment under special relief programs. This has further strengthened expectations that the remaining states could get their installment soon.

Banks Remain Open Today

While some farmers raised concerns over banking operations on a Saturday, it’s important to note that banks remain open on the first Saturday of every month. Only the second and fourth Saturdays are holidays. Thus, the transactions are expected to proceed normally today across most states, except Karnataka and Uttarakhand, where banks are closed for local holidays.

Government Statement and Next Steps

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently assured that the next ₹2,000 installment will be released shortly to all eligible farmers. He also urged state governments to speed up Aadhaar seeding, e-KYC verification, and land record validation to ensure smooth fund transfer and prevent delays.

How to Check PM Kisan 21st Installment Status

Farmers can easily check their payment status by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: pmkisan.gov.in
  2. Click on ‘Beneficiary Status’ under the Farmers Corner section.
  3. Enter your registration number or mobile number.
  4. Solve the captcha and click Submit.
  5. The page will display your payment and verification details.

How to Register for PM Kisan Yojana

Eligible farmers who haven’t yet registered can enroll by following these steps:

  1. Go to pmkisan.gov.in.
  2. Click on ‘New Farmer Registration’ under the Farmers Corner section.
  3. Enter a valid Aadhaar number for verification.
  4. Fill in personal, land, and bank account details carefully.
  5. Submit the application for verification by local authorities.

Alternatively, farmers can visit their nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) or use the official PM Kisan mobile app for registration and e-KYC through facial authentication.

The release of the 21st installment will bring relief to millions of farmers awaiting government support amid rising agricultural costs and pre-election expectations.

Shah Rukh Khan Birthday: Bollywood’s Superstar Never Intended To Become An Actor, Friend Says ‘After His Mother Died…

Shah Rukh khan Birthday - Superstar never wanted to become an actor

Shah Rukh Khan turns a year older on 2 November, and fans are gearing up for massive celebrations. From midnight gatherings outside his residence to viral fan edits, the buzz is already loud. But behind the iconic stardom and global fan love lies a story rooted in struggle, emotion and pure determination.

Before he became the KING OF BOLLYWOOD, Shah Rukh Khan was a young boy from Delhi with dreams, but not of films. In fact, becoming an actor was never his plan. He was winning hearts on television with shows like Fauji and Circus, yet cinema was not on his radar at first. His friend, actor and mentor Viveck Vaswani recently shared how life took a dramatic turn for Shah Rukh after a personal heartbreak.

Shah Rukh Khan Initially Had No Plans To Become An Actor

In a chat with Moneycontrol, Viveck Vaswani recalled the early days when Shah Rukh moved to Mumbai with very little and nowhere to stay. Viveck said, “I was the man who gave him a house to stay for two years. He didn’t have a place to stay. He was living out of Aziz Mirza’s office while acting in Circus. I told him it’s more comfortable in my house.”

This was a time when Shah Rukh was still figuring out his future. He was dealing with family responsibilities and his mother’s illness in Delhi. His focus was on home, not films.

According to Viveck, Shah Rukh’s mother’s death became the turning point. He said, “He didn’t want to do films. It was only after his mother died that he decided he would like to.” That emotional loss pushed him to dream bigger. He wanted to make her proud. And so, the journey towards films began.

Viveck added, “I don’t have to give him a film, I had to give him a career.” They built a slow and strategic plan together.

How SRK Entered Into Films With Side Roles

Shah Rukh took roles in films like King Uncle, Dil Aashna Hai and Chamatkar. He was not the hero in every film, but each role added value. His aim was to become saleable (someone producers trusted and audiences noticed).

Then came films like Deewana, Baazigar and Darr. These roles broke norms and showed a new kind of hero. Viveck shared, “Even before DDLJ, he was already a superstar.” Shah Rukh had bought his first flat, his first car and had a strong place in Bollywood.

For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan recently won the National Award for Jawan. He is currently working on King, an action thriller with Siddharth Anand. The cast includes Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan and Anil Kapoor.

It happens quietly, your workouts feel tougher, meals seem heavier, yet progress stands still. That’s when your daily protein goals start slipping away. From busy mornings to skipped lunches, each small gap affects how your body rebuilds and recovers.

But the fix isn’t complicated. It begins with simple, smart food choices that meet your protein goals naturally, leading straight to everyday meals that stealthily boost strength and satisfaction.

Missing Protein Goals? Simple Everyday Foods to the Rescue

Many people fall short of their daily protein intake without realising it. Fat Loss Coach Sonali Behera explains that balancing the right foods each day can improve energy, muscle recovery, and metabolism. She suggests tracking protein intake carefully through every meal.

Beans, pulses, tofu, and curd can bring a quick balance when added smartly. To meet daily protein goals, she advises using natural, affordable items that suit Indian diets easily. Small, steady changes create lasting results.

Power-Packed Vegetarian Choices That Keep You Strong Daily

Sonali Behera notes that while lean plant-based protein sources are limited, thoughtful food pairing helps. She highlights whey protein as one of the best protein sources for vegetarians due to its high biological value. Along with that, curd, milk, lentils, tofu, soya chunks, tempeh, and low-fat yoghurt can support muscle health effectively.

Mixing these high protein foods for non-vegetarians’ alternatives gives vegetarians steady strength. With clear planning, every meal can push you closer to your protein goals.

Smart Meal Pairings That Help You Stay Full Longer

Combining smart carbs, fats, and protein-rich foods helps keep hunger low and focus high. Mixing lentils with rice, vegetables, or tofu with salads makes the meal balanced. Sonali Behera mentions that such pairings stabilise blood sugar and improve digestion.

This method keeps protein goals consistent without extra effort. With these small daily tweaks, anyone can maintain energy, strength, and satisfaction throughout the day naturally and effectively.

Strong meals come from simple choices. With Sonali Behera’s mix of vegetarian protein sources, building a balanced diet becomes easier every day.

‘Iski Wajah Se… Meri Galti Thodi Na Hai’ Anurag Kashyap Blames THIS Thing For People Calling Him Nashedi

Anurag Kashyap

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap is never scared to speak his mind even when most of his statements create controversy. Recently, he dropped some bold and funny takes in a new clip. The Nishanchi director reacted to trolls who keep calling him a “nashedi” and “ganjedi”. This time, he decided to reply with humour and honesty.

Anurag Kashyap On People Calling Him Nashedi

Anurag was chatting with Digital Commentary in a promo video. He spoke about how people judge him online. For years, many users have labelled him a drug addict. But according to him, it has nothing to do with behaviour. It is all because of his eyes.

He said, “Meri aankehin baadi baadi hai na, saari problem iski wajha se hai, iski wajah se hi log mujhe ganjedi aur nashedi patani kya kay bolte hai. Ab ye meri galti thodi na hai ki main inn aankhon ke saath paida hua hoon.”

He laughed about it and made it clear that these comments do not affect him anymore. He even finds them funny at times.

Anurag also reacted to another regular criticism. Many people say he does not deliver box office hits. They often compare him with commercial filmmakers. But he had a sharp reply.

He said, “Meri film ne ek ticket bhi nahi bhecha tabhi unka nuksaan jo hai na saal ki 80% films jo flop hoti hai usse kum hai.”

Director On Why He “Hates” Wasseypur Tag

A surprising moment came when he spoke about Gangs of Wasseypur. Fans love the film and see it as a cult classic. But Anurag feels different.

He said, “Mujhe Wasseypur se sakht nafrat hai. Jabhi koi aadmi mujhe bolta hai na Wasseypur wale toh mera mann karta hai joota nikal ke maroon.” Yes, he “hates” being known only for that film. The constant Wasseypur tag clearly annoys him. He wants people to see his work beyond that one title.

Is Anurag Kashyap Teaming Up With Salman Khan?

There is also a fresh rumour making headlines. A Reddit post claims that Anurag may soon work with Salman Khan. The film is said to be a “dark grounded action cop thriller”. The post also suggests that Bobby Deol is helping both sides connect.

There is no official announcement yet. But fans are already excited about this unexpected pairing.

Srikakulam Temple Stampede: Heartbreaking! What Triggered the Deadly Rush at the Holy Site? Many Feared Dead

Srikakulam-Temple-Stampede
Google

A devastating stampede at a revered temple in the Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh left the entire nation numb, raising the painful question of crowd management and safety protocols during major religious congregations. Witnesses have reported that the stampede occurred as hundreds of devotees eager for worship rushed through the temple on a special occasion.

A Sacred Day Fells to Chaos

The atmosphere of spirituality quickly turned to horror as panic erupted among the swelling crowd like thunder. Witnesses also described total mayhem as devotees were unable to properly navigate due to the inundation of eager worshippers. Within moments, the holy place was transformed, with multiple devotees caught underneath the panic-driven wave of humanity.

Rescue workers and local police immediately responded to the scene to assist in getting trapped devotees out of the crowd; however, passageways were narrow and the crowd too densely packed to reach trapped individuals. Early eyewitness accounts suggest that 9 people died, while many others suffered injuries from fractures to respiratory distress.

What Triggered the Stampede?

The cause of the tragedy is still under investigation, but early reports indicate mismanagement of the crowds and a large number of devotees as likely contributors to the tragedy. Several witnesses stated that a rumor surfaced about the event ending early, which suddenly caused a crush at the entrance of the temple. There were also reports that a brief power outage contributed to the panic as people attempted to evacuate in the dark.

Authorities will not rule out negligence and are looking into the crowd control that the local organizers had in place. Reports indicate that the temple may have had thousands more visitors than its typical capacity, especially during the temple festival season that draws huge crowds.

Response from Authorities

The Andhra Pradesh government has ordered an immediate inquiry into the incident. Several high-ranking officials, including the district collector and police superintendent, have visited the site to supervise relief efforts. The injured were rapidly escorted to local hospitals, where emergency measures have been organized.

The Chief Minister, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed great sadness for the loss of life and announced compensation for the deceased’s families and the injured. He also directed similar measures for all major temples in the state to avert similar future incidents.

A Reminder of Safety Gaps at Religious Gatherings

Unfortunately, India has endured this kind of disaster at a religious event before. Stampedes during festivals, religious processions, or specific temple events only serve to demonstrate the urgent need for crowd management systems, emergency planning and coordination, and improved infrastructures.

Experts believe that religious sites, particularly ones that attract large crowds, must collaborate more closely with law enforcement, local governmental representatives, and disaster response teams to develop strategies for crowd management. These strategies should include barriers for crowd control, an entry control system, and potentially a live monitoring system.

Prayers and Grieving

While investigations move forward, there are families across Srikakulam that are grieving the loss of their loved ones. The sorrow and destruction outside hospitals and temples are representative of the grief of a community, or at least a portion of a community, at the loss of friends and family. Devotees are now calling for change, accountability, and – most importantly – more lasting changes that ensure that faith and safety are both achieved at each holy space.

This tragedy is a tragic reminder that devotion should never come at a cost to human lives.

Diljit Dosanjh Controversy: ‘Na Film Di Promotion, Na Gane Di…’ Did He Finally React To Backlash After Touching Amitabh Bachchan’s Feet?

Diljit Dosanjh Controversy, Amitabh Bachchan

Diljit Dosanjh has found himself in the middle of a controversy. A Khalistani group targeted him after he touched Amitabh Bachchan’s feet on Kaun Banega Crorepati 17. The gesture was meant as respect. But it quickly sparked angry reactions online. The episode aired on 31 October, but the backlash started a day earlier when the promo came out.

In the clip, Diljit greeted Amitabh Bachchan politely and touched his feet out of respect. This is normal for guests on the show. However, the banned group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) reacted strongly. They accused Diljit of hurting the sentiments of Sikh victims of the 1984 riots. SFJ chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun also threatened to disrupt Diljit’s concert in Australia on November 1.

Fans waited for Diljit to respond. He stayed calm and did not engage in direct arguments. Instead, he chose to explain why he visited the show.

Diljit Dosanjh Breaks His Silence Amid KBC 17 Controversy

Diljit shared a message on his Instagram story in Punjabi. He wrote, “Na Mai Kisey Film Di Promotion Lai Geya c, Na Kisey Ganey Di Promotion Lai. Punjab Floods Lai Geya C..Ke National Level Te Gal Hove.. Te Loki Donate kar Sakan.”

He said he did not go to promote a film or song. His purpose was to speak about the floods in Punjab. He wanted national attention and support for relief efforts. He explained that his focus was helping people and encouraging donations.

Why The Backlash?

SFJ criticised him for touching Amitabh Bachchan’s feet. They claimed Bachchan played a role in the events of 1984 after the assassination of Indira Gandhi. Pannun said, “By touching the feet of Bachchan, the man whose words orchestrated Genocide, Diljit Dosanjh has insulted every victim, every widow, and every orphan of the 1984 Sikh Genocide.”

These claims have existed for years. However, they have not been proven in court. Government records say around 2,800 people died in Delhi and over 3,300 across India during the 1984 riots. November 1 is now observed as Sikh Genocide Remembrance Day.

What Is Diljit Dosanjh Doing Now?

Diljit Dosanjh is currently in Australia and has continued with his Aura Tour. He has not stopped performing. Apart from his Instagram note, he has not made any other public comment. For now, he seems focused on his work and on spreading awareness for Punjab flood relief.

Salman Khan Slams Tanya Mittal And Neelam Giri For Bodyshaming Ashnoor Kaur

As seen in the promo, Salman asked Tanya and Neelam what they thought about Ashnoor. They smiled and praised her. One said, “She is looking good.” Another added, “She is looking like a princess.” For a second, everything looked normal.

Then the mood flipped and Salman revealed what they had actually said behind Ashnoor’s back. Their faces changed immediately and the room fell silent.

Salman then asked them directly. He said, “Accha? Neelam, apko apni chugli par bahut garv hai? Ab kyu nahi bol rahi? Tanya, aapne kaha haathi jaise, dinosaur, moti, fugge jaise shakal wali. Ye haq kisne diya aapko ye sab bolne ka.”

Surprisingly, the promo didn’t show whether Salman would reveal Kunickaa Sadanand, Amaal Mallik and Shehbaz Badesha’s involvement in the incident. The trio also made comments on her. However, it seems like they will be saved from bashing.

Ashnoor looked shocked and upset. She clearly did not expect such harsh comments. She later faced Tanya and said, “Shame on you, Tanya.”

Earlier in the episode, Tanya had said that Ashnoor’s outfits do not suit her. Neelam had gone even further. She compared Ashnoor to a dinosaur and called her Jurassic Park. These comments have sparked anger online. Fans praised Salman for standing up against body-shaming and gossip.

Salman Also Scolds Abhishek Bajaj And Ashnoor In Bigg Boss 19 Promo

In another promo, he also schooled Abhishek Bajaj and Ashnoor Kaur for breaking Bigg Boss rules. They had spoken without their mics, even after warnings. Because of this, the entire house got nominated, except for them and Mridul.

Salman looked irritated and said, “Abhishek Ashnoor yeh jo ullanghan tha, teen warning ke baad bhi continue karna, aur phir dhindhora peetna ke ho gayi hamari baat… and now the entire country is curious to know ki aap dono ne kya baat ki. Bhai, aisi koi baat hi nahi thi. Aapka reaction tha Main aisa hi hoon Meri life ki sabse badi strength hai. Ye strength hai, to aapki kamzori kya hogi? Aap dono ki wajah se to koi aaj chala jayega ghar se.”

There is also buzz around comedian Pranit More. Reports say he may exit the show during this Weekend Ka Vaar, but the reason is still unclear. Some believe it is a normal eviction. Others say it might be due to health issues, and he has been diagnosed with dengue. There is also speculation about a secret room twist. We will find out in the next episode.

Meanwhile, this latest Bigg Boss 19 Weekend Ka Vaar episode will air tonight on JioHotstar and ColorsTV.

Kerala News: Historic! State Becomes India’s First to End Extreme Poverty

CM-Vijayan
Google

Kerala News: THIRUVANANTHAPURAM | November 2025 — The celebration of Kerala as India’s first state to officially overcome extreme poverty is a significant social event and strengthens its image as a welfare-based example to the country.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced this week that welfare schemes, education, and health care were the foundation of their achievement.

“According to the state planning board’s newly-released data, not a single family is at the extreme poverty level by multiple dimensions of poverty covering income, housing, education, health, and access to basic facilities like drinking water,” the announcement noted.

A Model for Inclusive Development

Kerala has not arrived at this achievement overnight. The state has invested in human development – prioritising literacy, health care, and women’s empowerment instead of just focusing on GDP. With over 96% literacy rates and a life expectancy similar to developed countries, Kerala has consistently demonstrated that development based on equity works.

Welfare programs – such as the Kudumbashree Mission, Life Mission Housing Scheme, and Comprehensive Health Insurance (Karunya Arogya Suraksha Padhathi) – have been instrumental in supporting vulnerable populations and moving families out of the poverty cycle.

The Kudumbashree women’s network, in particular,

The Kudumbashree women’s collective, in particular, has lifted lakhs of women by providing loans, jobs, and self-employment.

Is Left Politics Working?

The latest milestone has reopened the discussion as to whether Left politics has a future in modern India. Historically, Kerala, governed by the Left Democratic Front (LDF), has been quite distinct from the rest of the country in terms of policy priorities, favoring welfare and decentralization, and people’s participation over the corporate-led development model.

Supporters of the Left claim this milestone proves that the Left model of governance works – i.e., welfare economics can be both effective and humane. Supporters cite that the state’s long-standing attention to education, health care, and local government has provided the social infrastructure to maintain resilience against inequality.

Sceptics warn that even if the current era of Kerala is successful, issues of unemployment, migration, and dependence on remittances still present challenges. Sceptics argue that poverty reduction will only be sustainable if the economy provides stable and decent employment and offers the private sector more room to grow.

A Milestone for India

Whether one believes in Left politics or not, Kerala’s milestone demonstrates that extreme poverty can be ended when policy, people, and purpose are unified. All of India is watching, and Kerala is an example of how inclusive governance can change lives.

Is Your Blood Pressure Rising Again? Discover 3 Yoga Poses That Calm the Mind and Control Hypertension Naturally

Blood Pressure
Instagram

Is your tension rising again with the day’s rush? A sudden spike in blood pressure can catch anyone off guard, leaving the mind racing and the body tense. But what if a few simple yoga postures could offer a natural, calming solution?

These specific yoga asanas target stress and improve circulation, holding the promise to bring balance and relief. Let’s explore how three powerful yoga postures can support your journey to steady blood pressure and a calm mind.

Three Powerful Yoga Poses to Lower Blood Pressure

Yoga for hypertension offers a natural way to reduce stress and improve blood circulation, which supports healthy blood pressure. Three simple yoga asanas provide pure relief: Bridge Pose, Reclining Bound Angle, and Alternate Nostril Breathing.

These powerful yoga postures calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.

  1. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) involves lying on the back with feet hip-width apart, lifting hips while pressing into your feet. Hold for 5–8 breaths. This yoga posture opens the chest, improves blood flow, and calms the nervous system.
  2. Reclining Bound Angle (Supta Baddha Konasana) has you lie back, bringing the soles of your feet together with knees dropped to the sides. Use cushions to support comfort and remain here for 1–3 minutes. This yoga for hypertension poses a deep relaxation to the body.
  3. Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) directs your breath by closing one nostril and inhaling slowly through the other, then switching. Perform this for 3–5 minutes to instantly soothe the mind and support calm circulation.

When Stress Rises, So Does Blood Pressure?

High blood pressure often rises from daily stress and unhealthy lifestyle choices like poor diet and inactivity. Stress triggers the nervous system, raising heart rate and tightening blood vessels.

This physiological response elevates BP over time. Practising yoga asana helps break this cycle by reducing stress hormones and promoting relaxation, which aids in lowering blood pressure naturally.

How Yoga Supports Heart Health and High BP?

According to yoga experts, certain yoga postures improve circulation by opening the chest and relaxing muscles. These yoga postures positively influence the nervous system by reducing tension and calming anxiety.

Improved blood flow from yoga for hypertension means the heart works more efficiently, supporting heart health. Yoga asanas like the Bridge Pose help release muscle tightness, which eases blood vessel resistance and supports balanced blood pressure.

Consistency Is the Real Key to Calm

Regular practice of yoga postures and mindful breathing creates lasting benefits. Consistency in yoga for hypertension maintains calmness in the nervous system, helping keep blood pressure steady. Daily yoga asanas become a natural way to manage stress before it raises high BP.

Mindful breathing techniques further anchor a sense of calm. Over time, this steady practice makes balanced blood pressure a sustainable reality.

Yoga for hypertension offers a natural path to soothe the mind and control high blood pressure. Consistent practice of yoga posture calms stress and supports lasting heart health.

Tired, Bloated, or Moody? Dr. Sethi’s Harvard Gut Fix! Eat THESE Before It’s Too Late

gut health
Instagram

When the body sends signals, it never whispers; it warns through tired eyes, heavy stomachs, and shifting moods. Harvard gastroenterologist Dr. Sethi saw how these signs often trace back to weak gut health.

Many of his patients lived with daily discomfort until small, mindful habits transformed their energy and focus. His science-backed gut fix plan now shows how simple food and routine changes can strengthen the core before real trouble begins.

Doctor Sethi’s 4 Gut Health Tricks That Actually Work

A healthy gut fuels every cell in the body, yet few realise how fragile that balance is. Dr. Sethi’s Harvard-approved plan focuses on gut health foods that help restore this natural harmony.

1. Eat Prebiotic Foods: Garlic, onion, and asparagus feed the good bacteria living inside the gut. They act as natural fuel that helps the microbiome thrive. Dr. Sethi explains that prebiotics improve digestion and reduce inflammation by nurturing these friendly microbes.

2. Add Probiotic-Rich Foods: Yoghurt, dahi, kefir, kombucha, kimchi, and even idlis restore healthy bacteria. Probiotics balance acidity, ease bloating, and improve the absorption of nutrients. Consistent probiotic intake strengthens immunity and uplifts mood.

3. Increase High-Fibre Intake: Fibre keeps the digestive system moving. Chia seeds, berries, and oatmeal not only prevent constipation but also support a long life. People who eat around 30 grams of fibre daily report fewer issues like reflux or fatigue.

4. Drink More Water: Water and fibre work hand in hand. Fibre absorbs water and softens digestion, while hydration flushes toxins naturally. Dr. Sethi advises drinking about eight glasses daily to keep digestion smooth and the gut fix routine effective.

These four steps make gut health simple and achievable, turning meals into medicine that heals from within.

Why Everyone’s Talking About Gut Health Lately?

Social media is buzzing with wellness influencers, but this time, the science agrees. Gut health has become the centre of modern health talks. Young adults now face digestive issues once seen in older generations. Stress, processed diets, and long screen hours disrupt the gut’s natural rhythm.

Experts at Harvard link these lifestyle patterns to poor gut bacteria balance. As more people shift to cleaner eating, gut fix routines, and gut health foods are trending for the right reason, they bring real change that people can feel daily.

Everyday Signs Your Gut Might Be Asking for Help

The gut often signals trouble long before pain begins. These signs may seem ordinary, but together they reveal when gut health needs attention.

1. Constant Fatigue: When gut bacteria lose balance, nutrient absorption drops, leading to low energy throughout the day.

2. Frequent Bloating: Irregular digestion or excess gas often points to poor gut health and imbalanced bacteria.

3. Unstable Digestion: Alternating between constipation and discomfort shows that your gut fix routine needs improvement.

4. Sudden Skin Breakouts: Skin and gut health are deeply linked; when digestion struggles, inflammation shows up on the face first.

Small Daily Swaps That Keep Your Gut Happy Long-Term

Rajasthan’s Kotputli–Kishangarh Greenfield Expressway to cut travel time by three hours, boost Delhi–Jaipur connectivity

The project, covering approximately 1,679 hectares of land, is estimated to cost ₹6,906 crore. Construction is expected to begin in December, with the expressway stretching from NH-48 and NH-448 in Kishangarh to Paniyala (NH-148B) in Kotputli. Standing 15 feet high and 100 metres wide, the new road will pass through key towns and pilgrimage sites including Khatu Shyam Ji, Makrana, Nawa, Kuchaman City, and Kishangarh — bringing religious, cultural, and commercial regions closer than ever before.

The new corridor is expected to benefit farmers

Once completed, the expressway will significantly ease traffic congestion on existing highways while cutting fuel consumption and travel costs. It will also offer devotees visiting Khatu Shyam Ji temple a seamless, comfortable journey. The new corridor is expected to benefit farmers, traders, and industrial hubs across the marble and small-scale manufacturing towns of Makrana and Kishangarh by providing faster logistics and delivery routes.

The Kotputli–Kishangarh Expressway is part of the central government’s larger plan to develop nine Greenfield expressways across India, aimed at strengthening regional connectivity and accelerating economic growth. Other proposed corridors in Rajasthan include the Jaipur–Bhilwara (193 km), Bikaner–Kotputli (295 km), and Beawar–Bharatpur (342 km) routes.

Officials believe the project will not only boost interstate commerce but also attract more tourists and spiritual travellers, making Rajasthan’s heartland more accessible. For road-trip lovers, the expressway promises a blend of speed, scenery, and smoother travel — making journeys across the desert state more memorable than ever before.
