The Lucknow Development Authority has introduced Aishbagh Square, a newly planned residential project offering 3 BHK plus servant apartments starting from ₹1.1 crore. Bahadur Singh: BJP MLA Bahadur Singh Koli has sparked a sexist controversy by remarking that the budget of present-day Bhajanlal Sharma government is like a “chora” (son) while that of the previous Congress government was like of a “chori” (daughter). Koli went on to remark that this is the biggest reason why the Congress is in the opposition seat today.

Interestingly, Rajasthan’s Finance Minister Diya Kumari, the granddaughter of Man Singh II, presented the budget on February 11. It is absurd to even think that a MLA from her party is belittling a girl child when the state’s Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari is herself a woman.

The Sexist Comments Of Bahadur Singh

Representing the Weir constitutency in Bharatpur district, Koli remarked that the budget of Bhartiaya Janata Party (BJP) was productive and youthful in contrast to the budget of Indian National Congress during the tenure of former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot that was an old-age budget.

Koli remarked that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma delivered a son in the first budget, followed by sons again in the second and third budgets. The MLA remarked that the one who produces a son is always considered to be useful.

Reaction Of Congress Party

Swarnim Chaturvedi, Rajasthan Congress spokesperson, blasted Koli for his sexist comments. Chaturvedi they have crossed all limits just to criticize the Congress party and the comments of BJP MLA showed their biased mind-set towards the female gender.

It is also about his daughter Manya who lost her legs in a machine when she was in 9th grade. Manya expressed her desire to continue education and the father obliged in ways that has broken the hearts of social media users across the world.

In the video, Pyarelal could be seen reaching the Sikandrarao tehsil’s Arya Kanya Inter College examination centre carrying Manya on his back. The father explained that he has been carrying Manya to and from school every day in the same manner ever since the accident.

The recent hospitalisation of Salim Khan has drawn strong public attention. However, the Khan family is now urging restraint and privacy. Reports suggest Salman Khan is unhappy with Lilavati Hospital authorities over what the family believes was an “unauthorised” disclosure.

The discussion began after doctors spoke to the media outside the hospital. While many fans appreciated the update, insiders say the family was not comfortable with the details being shared publicly.

Salman Khan And Family Angry With Lilavati Hospital

According to a Variety India report, Salman Khan and his family have formally requested the hospital administration to avoid releasing further medical bulletins without consent. The family reportedly wants all health-related communication to remain strictly private.

A source close to the family explained their position. “Health is a private matter. Ideally, no updates should be shared with the media and any communication should be left entirely to the family, if and when they choose to address fans and well-wishers.”

The source added, “Salman and his family were displeased with the doctor’s public statement and have clearly conveyed to the authorities that they do not want any further details disclosed.”

Salim Khan Health Update: What Happened

Salim Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital on February 17, 2026. He is currently under close medical supervision and receiving ventilator support.

On Wednesday, Dr Jalil Parkar briefly addressed the press. He confirmed that Salim Khan had suffered a minor brain haemorrhage. He also reassured reporters that doctors handled the situation promptly.

According to Dr Parkar, Salim Khan experienced jerks along with high blood pressure. The medical team intervened immediately. He clarified that ventilator support was given as a precautionary step, not because Salim Khan was critical.

Doctors carried out necessary investigations. They also performed what was described as a small, routine procedure. However, specific details of the treatment were not disclosed.

Dr Parkar stated that Salim Khan was stable and responding well. He was later shifted to the ICU for monitoring. The doctor expressed optimism and mentioned that Salim Khan could be taken off the ventilator soon. At the same time, doctors acknowledged that recovery may take time, considering his age.

Despite the family’s appeal for privacy, Lilavati Hospital has seen a steady stream of visitors. Family members spotted at the hospital include Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Salma Khan, Helen, Alvira Agnihotri and Arpita Khan Sharma. Grandsons Arhaan and Nirvaan were also seen visiting.

Several well-known names from the film industry have reportedly visited as well. These include Javed Akhtar, Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Rahul Roy, Sangeeta Bijlani, Riteish Deshmukh, Iulia Vantur and politician Zeeshan Siddique.

Meanwhile, fans across social media continue to send prayers and well-wishes. The Khan family, however, remains focused on maintaining dignity and privacy during this sensitive time.

For now, doctors say Salim Khan’s condition is stable. Further updates are expected only if the family chooses to speak.

The Bihar government signed memorandum of understanding (MOUs) worth Rs. 468 crore with technology firms and IIT Patna. This includes a Rs. 250 crore research park that would be the largest in Eastern India and a Rs. 60 crore AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) with Tiger Analytics for innovation and jobs.

Additionally, pacts covering Rs. 103 crore with Red Cyber, Rs. 30 crore from GrowQR and Rs. 25 crore from CIPL under the GCC and IT policies of the state, targeting AI hubs and employment in the state.

According to industry experts, tens of billions are presently in pipelines for Graphics processing units (GPUs) (more than 38,000 under IndiaAI), semiconductors and artificial intelligence in healthcare/agriculture. The partnership with World Bank on artificial intelligence for compute access, growth and health emphasize on jobs and productivity.

These commitments by the Indian government position rural AI as a deep priority, aligning with inclusion of the India AI Impact Summit 2026 for scalable impact.

During an interview with ANI, Priyanka spoke about a tense moment she experienced as a child. Priyanka said, “I remember when her inner ka Bloody Mary came out. We were in a cab—I must have been 11 years old or something. Raat mein hum Delhi ke kisi hotel mein jaa rahe the (We were on our way to some hotel in Delhi at night). We were driving, and suddenly I don’t know all I saw was my mother holding the driver’s throat.”

Priyanka explained that the situation became frightening when the cab driver took a route her mother did not recognise.

Priyanka recalled, “Apparently, he took a turn that she didn’t recognise, and he said – Nahi nahi, main shortcut le raha hun. Raat ke 11 baj rahe the. Mummy aur main akele the (No, no, I’m taking a shortcut. It was 11 at night. It was just Mummy and me). But she just held his neck from the back and said – Drive back to the main road.”

She continued, “And she slapped him. She said, ‘Drive back to the main road.’ She was like, ‘I’m here with my teenage daughter.’ I had never seen that side of my mother. After that, I did not debate her on anything for the next four months. I don’t know if my mom would’ve reacted like that if she was alone. But because I was with her, she was shaking when we got back to the hotel.”

The memory clearly stayed with Priyanka. She said the incident helped her relate to her character in The Bluff. Above all, it showed her mother’s instinct to protect her.

Toxic Teaser: The teaser for Yash starrer Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups has finally arrived and it is already sparking debate online. Released ahead of the film’s worldwide premiere on March 19, the teaser promised scale, style and intense action. However, reactions have been sharply divided.

Fans had been waiting eagerly ever since Yash’s striking “Daddy’s home” character reveal. Expectations were huge. Yet within hours of the teaser launch, social media platforms (especially Reddit) were filled with mixed opinions.

Toxic Teaser Criticised For Heavy VFX

The two-minute Toxic teaser appears to be set at a lavish party. It opens with flashy visuals, stylised violence and a strong sense of danger. The mood is dark, bold and intense.

The footage hints at ruthless killings, betrayal and power struggles. Yash’s character, Raya, dominates the screen with a fierce and commanding presence. The teaser then moves through several large-scale action sequences, including dramatic stunts in the air and scenes set against snowy backdrops.

Board Of Peace: India has finally attended the first meeting of the Board of Peace formulated by United States President Donald Trump as an observer country. This was after the Indian Ministry of External Affairs last week remarked that it is evaluating the prospect of joining the Board of Peace. India was represented by Namgya C Khampa, the Charge d’Affaires at the Indian Embassy in Washington District of Columbia.

Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal had then remarked that India confirms the receipt of an invitation from the United States government to join the Board of Peace. Jaiswal also added that the Asian superpower has always supported initiatives for promoting peace in West Asia. The Indian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson had also remarked that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always been appreciative of such peace-nurturing initiatives that would ensure peace, both short and long term, in the entire region.

Last month, Trump rolled out the Board at the Davos’ World Economic Forum. He had then remarked that every nation of the world want to be an integral part of the board and it could possibly rival the United Nations.

Why Was The Board Of Peace Formed?

Originally, the Board of Peace was envisioned as an organization to oversee the Israel and Hamas ceasefire in Gaza. It was also formulated to rebuild the heavily damaged city of Gaza after merciless bombings by Israeli armed and air forces.

Till now, officials from more than 50 countries have participated in the meeting of the Board of Peace that was held at Washington’s US Institute of Peace.

The Instagram reels and admission portal of the Greater Noida based Galgotias University highlight awards by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several visits by top ministers of the union and state governments alongside top placement statistics.

Interestingly, several billboards in Delhi NCR make tall claims, targeting aspirational families.

In 2014, PM Modi gave the best private university in India award to Galgotias University. This became the university’s brochure centrepiece and a powerful trust booster, especially among the followers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Eminent BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra attended the university as a convocation speaker and many believed that it created a massive surge in the appeal of BJP among the youth. Guest lectures by several political personalities such as Piyush Goyal, the Minister of Commerce and Industry of India, brought in several industry tie-ins for placements’ pitch.

Robodog Misrepresentation Fiasco

In February 2026, Galgotias University drew national and global ridicule at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 after it fraudulently showcased a Chinese-made Unitree robodog as it built from scratch, Make in India product and an indigenous innovation.
