They could then select an available locker, scan the QR code and pay online for the duration they need. Once the entire process is completed, the locker is temporarily theirs for the selected time period. This makes it accessible and convenient for both short and long durations.

The facility could be a gamechanger for regular travellers, especially those on connecting trains or long journeys. Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge has become one of the most talked-about films of the year. The Aditya Dhar directorial is getting a strong response from audiences and has also opened well at the box office. However, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan’s reaction to the film has started a debate online, with many users criticising his opinion.

The sequel was released on March 19,  and created a massive buzz because of its scale, story, and big opening collections. While several celebrities praised the film, Roshan’s statement calling it a turning point in filmmaking did not go well with a section of social media users.

What Rakesh Roshan Said About Dhurandhar 2

After watching the film, Rakesh Roshan shared his thoughts on X and praised director Aditya Dhar. He wrote, “I just watched Aditya Dhar’s historic Dhurandhar, and it is a reminder to all of us filmmakers to pause and reset the fabric of cinema with the vision, passion and audacity with which Aditya has made Dhurandhar.”

He also said the film should not be seen as a threat to other filmmakers. Rakesh Roshan added,  “This should not be considered as a threat but a healthy and much-needed revolution in storytelling and entertainment. It was about time, and Aditya Dhar has delivered beyond expectations! God bless and more power to you, Aditya!”

Soon after his post went viral, many users reacted strongly online. Some agreed with him, but many others criticised both the film and his statement.

One user wrote, “OMG. Where are we heading in this world? Pathetic opinion on such an agenda driven movie. Director like Rakesh Roshan, how far you people may fall. Shame.”

Another comment read, “That’s pure exaggeration. Cinema doesn’t reset because of one film riding on hype, marketing and dramatised real events.”

A third user said, “New era in filmmaking’? If repeating India–Pakistan and Hindu–Muslim angles is a ‘new era’, then Bollywood has been stuck in the same script for decades. Maybe try originality next time — that would actually be revolutionary.”

Some users also criticised the film’s theme. One wrote, “So it means if you want to make 1000cr in movies, you need to have a muslim hate universe.”

About The Film

Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge continues to perform strongly. A star-studded event in Mumbai on March 19 saw Sanjay Dutt, Yami Gautam and Arjun Rampal celebrating the film’s success.

The film also made headlines before release because of technical problems during paid previews on March 18. Reports from theatres in Noida, Mumbai and South India mentioned delays due to missing “Key Delivery Messages” (KDM). Some shows stopped midway, and police had to step in after fans became upset.

Even with these issues, the buzz around the film stayed strong. Paid previews reportedly collected around Rs 43 crore before the wide release. The Ranveer Singh starrer has now crossed Rs 200 crore mark, showing strong audience interest.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 continues the story of intelligence operations and geopolitical conflicts. The sequel follows the rise of Hamza Ali Mazari in the Karachi underworld and also explores his past as Jaskirat Singh Rangi.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh Box Office Collection Day 2: Pawan Kalyan and Sreeleela starrer Ustaad Bhagat Singh struggled at the box office on its second day. The Telugu action film, released on March 19, faced stiff competition from Ranveer Singh‘s spy thriller Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge. 

Negative reviews of the film and the buzz around Dhurandhar 2 appear to have hurt the film’s performance. The steep drop in collections indicates a rough start for Pawan Kalyan’s latest release.

Ustaad Bhagat Singh Box Office Collection Day 2

According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 9.25 crore on Day 2, which was also its first Friday. The film screened across 3,447 shows with an overall occupancy of 36%. With this, the total net collection in India stands at Rs 44.00 crore.

The drop is sharp compared to its opening day of Rs 34.75 crore. For perspective, Pawan Kalyan’s previous film OG opened with Rs 90 crore, nearly three times more than Ustaad Bhagat Singh.

The release of Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge has also affected the Pawan Kalyan film. While Ustaad Bhagat Singh recorded 36% occupancy, Dhurandhar 2 managed around 35% occupancy in the region with just 700 shows, earning Rs 80.72 crore nationally on Day 2. Its Telugu-dubbed version contributed Rs 1.30 crore, showing Ranveer Singh’s strong pan-India pull.

The combination of negative reviews and the clash with a major blockbuster has reduced audience interest in it.

About This Pawan Kalyan Starrer

In the film, Pawan Kalyan plays a righteous and rebellious police officer inspired by his mentor, a teacher who later becomes Chief Minister. US Israel Iran War: The Donald Trump administration has issued sanctions waiver of 30 days allowing the sale of oil from Iran stranded at sea. In another development, United States President has remarked that the Iran war may end very soon.

In a post on X, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced that the 30-day sanctions waiver is aimed to swiftly stabilize markets through unlocking of existing supplies. Bessent also commented that this step would help in bringing about 140 million barrels of oil to global markets.

According to a US Treasury Department License, the 30-day waiver would permit Iranian crude and petroleum product sale. However, it would be applicable only to products already loaded on vessels between March 20 and April 19; it is not applicable to allow fresh purchases or new production.

Donald Trump: Time To End The War?

Trump remarked he is presently evaluating the option to wind down the Iran war. The US President commented that the United States is now getting very close to meet its military objectives. Mathura News: Thousands of cow vigilantes and members of Hindu organizations staged violent protests after cow smugglers ran over Chandrashekhar, popularly known as the “Farse Wale Baba.” The incident happened around 5am on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr.

A cow smuggler was caught by the cow vigilantes; the smuggler has now been handed over to the state police. Following reports about widespread protests, SSP Shlok Kumar Singh and District Magistrate (DM) CP Singh arrived at the scene to pacify the angry crowds.

CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered authorities to take the strictest possible action against the accused.

Mathura News-Turn Of Events

According to media reports, Baba received information that some members of a cow smuggling gang were active in Navipur that lies within the Kosikalan Police Station area. Baba decided to pursue the cow smugglers with his team at night on a bike but his bike was hit by cow smugglers. Widespread anger soon spread among Hindu organizations and cow protectors.

The cow protector was killed on the spot and the incident news immediately spread like wildfire. Thousands of Hindu organization members blocked the Agra-Delhi Highway and started pelting stones at the Uttar Pradesh Police. Massive tension has spread across the area and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered an urgent inquiry into the matter. Heavy police force has also been deployed at the scene.

Farse wale baba was known throughout Vrindavan and Mathura for protecting cattle and his fearless nature. His body is now transferred to his cowshed in Anjanokh village where thousands of followers and others have gathered.

On Day 1, Dhurandhar 2 earned Rs 102.55 crore, marking one of the biggest opening days in Bollywood history. By Friday (Day 2), collections dipped to around Rs 80.72 crore, but strong overall momentum kept the film ahead of recent releases and on track for a historic first weekend.

Compared to its predecessor and other major hits, this sequel is performing very well. The first film earned over Rs 1,000 crore worldwide. Its Day 2 collection was about Rs 32 crore, showing how the sequel has already taken the franchise to new heights.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan earned Rs 53.23 crore on Day 2. Dhurandhar 2’s Rs 80+ crore Day 2 shows stronger early traction for Ranveer Singh’s sequel.

Allu Arjun’s pan-India film earned around Rs 93.80 crore on Day 2, slightly ahead of Dhurandhar 2. Still, advance bookings and audience turnout suggest the sequel will stay competitive over the weekend. It broke advance booking records before release, surpassing Rs 200 crore. This is a rare feat achieved by only a few films like Pushpa 2, Leo and RRR.

Despite the Friday dip, there will be a strong rebound over the Eid weekend. Festivals usually boost collections, especially for pan-India films with good word-of-mouth. Analysts predict Dhurandhar 2’s first weekend total could reach Rs 300–350 crore.

The film also set new BookMyShow records, overtaking Pushpa 2’s all-time advance ticket sales, showing strong interest across regions.

LPG Shortage: The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has remarked that India would from buy Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from the United States and Liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia and Australia to plug supply gaps.

MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal remarked in a weekly press briefing that the Union Government is also ready to purchase LPG from Russia so it could meet the requirements of Indian residents.

LPG Shortage-India’s Alternative Cargo Sources

For India, the United States of America has been a prominent supplier of LNG after Qatar. LNG imports of India stood in 224-25 at $2.46 billion from the United States, which was an increase of 74 percent in 2023-24 from $1.41 billion. However, US shipments involve higher costs and longer delivery times. Therefore, India is also contemplating the acquisition of LNG from Nigeria, Mozambique, Australia and Russia.

According to S&P Global Energy Data, it takes Russian cargo 15 days to deliver supplies to India, 17 days from Nigeria, 9 days from Australia and 7 days from Mozambique in comparison to 31 days from USA. On the other hand, cargoes from Qatar and UAE take 4 days to reach the country while delivery time is 3 days from Oman.

Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary (Marketing and Oil Refinery), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, commented that approximately 90 percent of its LPG imports were previously routed via the Strait of Hormuz. The Joint Secretary added that India would pick up resources from a series of alternative sources to stabilize supply.

The Indian government is presently tapping on alternative routes such as LNG imports from Australia and the United States and additional sourcing from countries such as Canada.

Shiv Sena (UBT) deputy leader Sushma Andhare made a request for the demand of Rupali Chakankar. Andhare remarked the financial dealings of Rupali with Ashok Karat must be evaluated. Andhare went on to demand that Rupali should be subjected to naro tests and her call detail record (CDR) should be examined.

According to a statement shared by his family on social media, the actor died on Thursday in what they called a sudden passing. The statement read, “While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.”
