Coming back to this match England will look to seal another series victory after a thrilling series win over West Indies. The English side will be hoping to continue in the same vein of form that they have been in the past couple of weeks in the series against West Indies.

India has made heavy deployment of tank regiments and troops for counter-attack the setback by the People Liberation Army (PLA).

Earlier China has deployed almost 17,000 troops and armored vehicles in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) and Despang Plains.

India made its deployment from the Patrolling Point 1 in Karakoram Pass to the Depsang Plains. China has amassed almost 17,000 troops since the month of April. They have been blocking Indian patrols from PP 10 to PP 13, according to a source as quoted by Economic Times.

“We have done a very heavy deployment of troops and tanks in the DBO and Despang Plains area including the T-90 regiments which are part of an armored division. The Chinese would find it difficult to operate if they try out any misadventure,” government sources told ANI.

India is a step ahead of China

India placed more than 15,000 troops and several tanks for countering Chinese ambition. Chinese intended to build a road from the TWD battalion headquarter opposite of the DBO sector to Karakoram pass region in order to connect the Chinese battalion in that region.

The road connectivity was succeeding on Chinese plans since the Doklam, but China failed every time they tried. It would help the Chinese units to overcome the 15-hour driving time through the Highway G219 in their territory. Apart from this Chinese also built a small bridge inside the Indian territory near PP-7 and PP-8, Indian soldiers broked the bridge a year ago.

Currently, India and China are engaged in dialogue focusing on the disengagement from the Finger areas and other frictional points in Depsang Plains along with DBO areas. The entire area maintained by the mountain brigade and an armored brigade before the Chinese started their road construction work opposite of the DBO and Depsang area.

“At present, we are in a position of strength in the Depsang Plains and DPO area now and we are not in a hurry to discuss that with the Chinese. Let the disengagement first take place and then we can talk about de-escalation there too,” a source said as quoted on Economic Times.

As of now China ended honoring their commitment after the disengagement in the Finger areas and they want now they want to build an observation post at Finger 5.

So, now he is no longer part of tomorrow’s event.

PM Modi will first fly for Lucknow from Delhi on a special flight and after that, he will fly in a special chopper to Ayodhya. The chopper will land in helipad set up in a college in Uttar Pradesh on the banks of the Saryu river.

The laying of the foundation stone by PM Modi will also be the significance of BJP’s poll of ideology and promises which is now all true. The campion for this Ram Mandir marked the rise of BJP and RSS party into the national spotlight since the 1990s.

In total 175 people are all set to mark their presence in tomorrow’s function amid coronavirus pandemic. Out of 175 peoples, 135 are priests and the other spiritual leaders. All these numbers are uncertain and this is the event for which India waited for years, many lost their lives and the politics went on and on.

More than 100 VIPs are invited by the state government to be the part of Wednesday event but the ruling party hasn’t invited any of the opposition members.

“Simplicity, courage, resistance, sacrifice, and commitment are the essence of the name Deebandhu Rama. Ram is with everyone, Ram is with everyone,” Priyanka Gandhi tweeted.

Microsoft is about to buy TikTok’s international operations

Microsoft is about to buy TikTok’s international operations includes the app’s presence in every Five Eyes nation other than the UK, it has emerged.

Now the talk, which have the support of Donald Trump, do not cover the UK – the only other member of the Five Eyes intelligence alliance.

Bytedance, which currently owns all of TikTok’s international operations, is reportedly planning to set up the HQ in London.

Alan Woodward, a professor of cyber security at the University of Surrey, described the UK’s omission from the Microsoft deal, set against plans to relocate the headquarters to London, as “awfully coincidental”.

“I don’t believe in coincidences like that, but the big question then is what happens to the servers,” he told NS Tech. “At the moment the servers for international users are based in Singapore and the US. Does it mean that the UK users get their servers here?”

Talks with Microsoft commenced as the Trump administration threatened to ban TikTok amid concerns that Chinese security legislation could force the company to hand over user data to Beijing. TikTok has said it has never been asked to and that it would challenge any requests.

Microsoft said in its statement that it “will move quickly to pursue discussions with TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, in a matter of weeks, and in any event completing these discussions no later than September 15, 2020. During this process, Microsoft looks forward to continuing dialogue with the United States Government, including with the President. This new structure would build on the experience TikTok users currently love, while adding world-class security, privacy, and digital safety protections. The operating model for the service would be built to ensure transparency to users as well as appropriate security oversight by governments in these countries.”

“ByteDance is committed to being a global company. In light of the current situation, ByteDance has been evaluating the possibility of establishing TikTok’s headquarters outside of the US, to better serve our global users”, a TikTok spokesperson said.

Beijing accuses US of ‘monitoring, harassing’ Chinese students, researchers

The U.S and China rivalry, which have been existing for years, now seems to have heighten amid the coronavirus pandemic. Many have already suspected a possible “cold war” between the two superpowers as the mistrust and blame game continues to strengthen.

Tensions have already flared since the pandemic started with Washington and Beijing sniping at one another on several occasions. In the latest, China has accused the United States of “monitoring, harassing and willfully detaining” Chinese students and researchers in the country. Wang Wenbin, Foreign Minister of China, has made the remark following the denial of a bail request n California for a university teacher, Juan Tang, who has been accused of lying about her relations to China’s military and Communist party to gain access to the United States.

Wang has said that China didn’t intend to help her but refrained from making any possible statement into the matter. However, he mentioned that China wanted the US to “handle the case fairly in accordance with the law and ensure safety and legitimate rights and interests” due to Tang.

“”For some time, the US, with ideological prejudice, keeps monitoring, harassing and willfully detaining Chinese students and researchers, and making presumptions guilt against Chinese researchers,” Wang said.

“The Us actions have seriously violated the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and severely disrupted the normal cultural and personnel exchanges between China and the US, which amounts to outright political persecution,” he said.

Tang has been held without bail since July 23 when she was arrested after she left Chinese Consulate in San Francisco to seek medical care for her asthma. She has been denied the bail by US Magistrate Judge Deborah Barnes saying she would have reason to leave the country if released.

Tang went to the United States on December 27, 2019 to work at the University of California as a visiting researcher in the Department of Radiation Oncology. The lab has now been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and Tang has been preparing to return to China, Alecandra Nagin, an assistant federal public defender said in her filing seeking bail for her.

Tang was arrested after the Justice Department accused the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco of fostering a fugitive. FBI agents questioned her on June 20 after finding her photographs in a uniform of the civilian cadre of the PLA indicating her connection to the Chinese military. However, Nagin has said that the old photographs are from the time when Tang was a student at a medical school run by military declining her links to the military.
