722 Raids Carried out in Punjab
In the latest raid, 722 raids were carried out by the Punjab Police at various locations identified in the process.The raprocess. ids resulted in the arrests of 558 people and eight proclaimed offenders.Apart from the arrests, the raids also led to the seizure of five weapons.
Arrests Rise to 59,579
With the recent arrest drive, the cumulative number of persons who have been arrested since the launch of the crackdown has risen to 59,579.The numbers reflect the magnitude of the ongoing crackdown by Punjab Police against the gangster network in the state.
