Anurag Dhanda Holds Centre Accountable as Delhi Chokes Under Severe Air Pollution
Anurag Dhanda News: Delhi is still in the middle of a major air pollution disaster, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) rising to very dangerous levels in many parts of the capital city. The thick smog covering the city makes it hard to see and is very unhealthy for people who live there, especially children, older adults, and anyone with breathing problems.
Anurag Dhanda Goes After the Centre Because They Aren’t Doing Anything
As the situation got worse, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national media in-charge Anurag Dhanda reacted strongly and said the Central government was to blame for the worsening air quality. He said the Centre wasn’t coming up with good long-term solutions even though the pollution problem comes back every winter.
AAP Leader’s Tweet Starts a Political Argument
Dhanda went on to the social media site X (which used to be called Twitter) and asked if the Centre was responsible for what they do. He drew attention to the very high pollution levels in his tweet by writing, “AQI 750 पार, शर्म करो मोदी सरकार,” which led to a new political argument about who is responsible and how the country should be run.
Worries about health Mount Over the City
Doctors and health experts have said that being in dirty air for a long time can cause heart, lung, and eye problems. People in Delhi have been told to spend less time outside because more people are going to the hospital with health problems.
Calls for long-term pollution control measures grow
Leaders of the opposition, Dhanda among them, made it clear that short-term bans and temporary limits are no longer enough. To deal with vehicle emissions, industry pollution, and stubble burning, they asked the Centre to work with neighbouring states on a coordinated, science-based plan.
Delhi is still choking under toxic smog, and officials are being told to stop blaming each other and come up with long-term answers.

The Punjab Animal Husbandry Department has culminated the current year on a high note, capping achievements in crisis management and sectoral advancement with a historic operation to safeguard the state’s livestock during the unprecedented floods.
Punjab Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Minister S. Gurmeet Singh Khudian said that the department’s defining moment was its swift and massive mobilisation in response to flood hit 12 districts. He informed that 492 rapid-response veterinary teams were deployed across 713 affected villages, besides, establishing 24×7 emergency grid that provided free medical treatment to over 3.19 lakh livestock.
“Our teams worked tirelessly on the ground, not only healing but preventing spread of diseases, ensuring that the backbone of our rural economy was protected”, S. Khudian stated, while adding that the flood mitigation efforts were both curative and preventive. To stave off Hemorrhagic Septicemia spreading, over 2.53 lakh animals administered free booster dose of HS vaccination. The department, coordinating with district administrations and NGOs, orchestrated the distribution of vital sustenance: over 20,000 quintals of feed, over 16,000 quintals of silage, thousands of quintals of fodder & straw, 234 quintals of mineral mixture, over 68k doses of dewormers and 194KG of potassium permanganate. Additionally, 1,619 awareness camps were organised to guide livestock farmers through the disaster.
Highlighting the department’s systemic progress beyond flood relief, S. Gurmeet Singh Khudian shared that 22 modern animal lifters were procured for state polyclinics, and six polyclinics in Gurdaspur, Patiala, Ludhiana, Sangrur, Sri Muktsar Sahib and Amritsar were upgraded with new Indoor Patient Departments (IPDs) for advanced veterinary care.
A robust preventive healthcare shield was established across Punjab, with officials reporting administration of 24.27 lakh free doses against Lumpy Skin Disease, 126.22 lakh doses against Foot-and-Mouth Disease and 68.88 lakh doses against Hemorrhagic Septicemia, he added.
S. Khudian further informed that the Allengor-800 MA Digital Radiography System has been installed at the Patiala Veterinary Polyclinic at a cost of Rs. 54 lakhs, which enables rapid, film-free diagnosis of animal health issues. It instantly detects fractures, bone cancers and internal conditions like foreign bodies, kidney stones and urinary blockages, providing immediate images on a monitor. This type facility was previously available only at veterinary university Ludhiana, this advanced facility is a significant boon for the state’s livestock farmers.
To boost livestock quality and farmers’ profitability, he said that the department promoted sex-sorted semen technology, with 1.82 lakh doses used between January 2023 and March 2025, significantly increasing high-value female calf births.
Highlighting the Fisheries Sector progress, S. Khudian noted that the department provided Rs. 5.82 crore in subsidies to 187 beneficiaries for fisheries projects during FY 2024-25. Fish farming covered 43,683 acres, yielding over 2 lakh tonnes of fish, while shrimp farming spanned 985 acres, producing 2,550 tonnes during current year. The government also produced 15.99 crore fish seeds and trained over 9,200 people in fish farming techniques.
Meanwhile, S. Khudian highlighted the Dairy sector progress, stating that around 8,500 farmers are trained annually to impart dairy skills to rural youth, leading to the establishment of about 3,500 dairy units yearly. Under the National Livestock Mission, 30,734 milch cattle were insured, with Rs. 9 crore aid given to farmers hit by cattle losses.
Principal Secretary Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries department Mr. Rahul Bhandari said, “This year has been a testament to our dual commitment: exemplary service in adversity and visionary planning for the future. Every step, from lifesaving equipment to cutting-edge breeding tech, aims to build a resilient, prosperous, and scientifically advanced animal husbandry sector for Punjab.”
Bhagwant Mann Turns Punjab into India’s Aviation Hub with Affordable Pilot Training, Check Details
Bhagwant Mann: The state of Punjab under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is poised to become a leading aviation training hub by introducing affordable pilot training courses for all aspiring pilots from across India. These initiatives will not only reduce the overall cost of pilot training in India but also provide qualified and trained individuals for the aviation industry.
The state government will provide cost-effective training
In the past, training for commercial pilots was extremely high-priced – many students travelled abroad to obtain their commercial pilot’s licence (CPL). By providing high-quality, affordable commercial pilot training, the Punjab government is making careers in aviation possible for a greater number of students from multiple socio-economic backgrounds.
World-Class Training at Reduced Costs
The purpose of the pilot training programme is to significantly decrease the monetary costs associated with using aircraft, instructor fees, fuel costs, and overall operational costs through the use of modern training methodologies, advanced training devices (simulators), and creating training syllabi consistent with the DGCA standards (Directorate General of Civil Aviation). As a result of this creation, students will be receiving world-class education at a fraction of the cost that currently exists in India.
The project will not only train pilots, but it will also create jobs in other areas of aviation, such as aircraft maintenance, ground operations, and training support services. Most of the youth in these regions will be able to gain specialised skills that will enable them to find job opportunities within their home state rather than leaving the state or country to develop these skills.
Government officials believe that their long-term goal is to establish a complete aviation
ecosystem in the state of Punjab. To achieve this, they plan to grow flying schools, upgrade existing airport facilities, and attract private industry into the aviation sector in the state of Punjab. This initiative matches India’s increasing demand for pilots because airlines are expanding both their domestic and international route systems.
The move to increase pilot training in Punjab is considered to be an opportunity for Punjab to become an area of preference for aviation education in India. Educational experts are interpreting this move as a strategic investment in the future workforce. Combining policies to support affordability, improving infrastructure, and creating an environment conducive to learning and developing a strong workforce will create opportunities for the state of Punjab and the future of its youth.
Yoga Poses For Better Sleep: Balasana, Shavasana And Other Moves That Can Calm The Brain In Under 10 Minutes, Check
Yoga Poses for better sleep: Many people struggle to fall asleep at night. You turn in bed, check the clock and wake up again. If this feels familiar, there is a gentle solution that does not involve medicines. Yoga can slow your thoughts, relax your body and help you sleep better.
Yoga is more than just physical movement. It activates the body’s relaxation response. This makes it ideal before bedtime. When combined with slow breathing and calm focus, yoga prepares your mind and body for rest. Even a few simple poses can improve sleep quality over time.
Yoga Poses For Better Sleep
Here are five easy yoga poses for better sleep that you can do at home.
Balasana (Child’s Pose)
Balasana is one of the most calming yoga poses. It gently stretches the back, hips and thighs. At the same time, it soothes the nervous system and reduces stress.
How to do it:
Kneel on the floor and sit back on your heels.
Stretch your arms forward and rest your forehead on the mat.
Breathe slowly for one to three minutes.
This pose helps release mental and physical tension built up during the day.
Legs Up the Wall Pose (Viparita Karani)
This simple pose is popular in bedtime yoga routines. It helps relax tired legs and calm the body.
How to do it:
Lie on your back and place your legs up against a wall.
Keep your arms relaxed by your sides.
Stay here for three to five minutes with deep breathing.
The position improves circulation and eases pressure in the lower back. It also signals the body to slow down.
Reclining Butterfly Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana)
This pose gently opens the hips and encourages full-body relaxation.
How to do it:
Lie on your back.
Bring the soles of your feet together.
Let your knees fall outward and rest your arms beside you.
Hold the pose for two to five minutes.
As the hips relax, the nervous system also begins to settle.
Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana)
Cat-Cow is a slow, flowing movement that releases tension from the spine.
How to do it:
Come onto your hands and knees.
Inhale and arch your back.
Exhale and round your spine.
Repeat gently for one to two minutes.
This rhythmic movement links breath with motion and prepares the body for rest.
Shavasana (Corpse Pose)
Shavasana is the final and most relaxing pose. It allows the body to fully unwind.
How to do it:
Lie flat on your back.
Let your arms and legs relax naturally.
Close your eyes and breathe slowly.
Stay for three to five minutes.
Focus on releasing tension from every part of your body.
Try practising these poses 10 to 20 minutes before bedtime. Keep the lights dim and breathe slowly. Yoga may not fix sleep problems overnight, but with regular practice, it can make falling asleep easier and more peaceful.
Will Hyundai Creta Hybrid 2026 Emerge as an Eco-Friendly SUV Designed for Better Mileage, Lower Emissions and Smarter Urban Driving ?
New Hyundai Creta Hybrid 2026: As the auto industry moves toward more environmentally friendly transportation, Hyundai is likely to make a big step forward with the 2026 Creta Hybrid. The hybrid version is between petrol and fully electric cars. It is made to be very fuel-efficient, emit little pollution, and perform well in the city. This makes it a great choice for both environmentally-conscious people and city workers.
Effect on the Environment and Efficiency
The 2026 Creta Hybrid will probably have a self-charging hybrid drivetrain that uses both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor. This setup can greatly improve fuel economy compared to the regular petrol variant. This is because the electric motor helps with city driving at low speeds and also helps to save fuel on the highway. With fuel prices rising and people more worried about carbon emissions, this blend method could be a useful compromise for people who aren’t ready to switch to fully electric vehicles yet.
Another expected effect is that emissions from the tailpipe will be lower
The hybrid powertrain should lower harmful exhaust outputs by depending more on electric power when driving in start-stop traffic and the city at low speeds. This is in line with efforts around the world to lower greenhouse gases and improve air quality, especially in cities where SUVs typically make more of a pollution impact.
Driving in the City and Comfort When you drive in the city, you need to be able to speed up smoothly, handle well, and be able to stop and go quickly. The Creta Hybrid 2026 might also have easy-to-use drive modes that adjust performance and efficiency based on the type of road and traffic situations.
Connectivity and Smart Features
Hyundai is expected to add the newest safety and infotainment technologies to the Creta Hybrid. They will add smart connectivity choices and driver-assist features that make things easier and safer for city commuters.

Shocking! Don 3 In Trouble? Ranveer Singh Plans To Back Out For Bigger Projects After Dhurandhar Success, Check Details
Ranveer Singh is riding high at the box office. After a rough patch, the actor has made a strong comeback with Dhurandhar. The Aditya Dhar film has turned into a massive hit and is still pulling crowds. But this success may have led to a big change in Ranveer’s future plans. And the biggest question mark right now is around Don 3.
Even before Dhurandhar released, there was talk in the industry that the film could change things for Ranveer. Many felt that if it worked, he would rethink some of his signed projects. Now, those rumours seem to be coming true.
Ranveer Singh Opts Out Of Don 3?
As per a Pinkvilla report, Ranveer Singh has decided to step away from Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Don 3. This news comes as Dhurandhar moves closer to the Rs 600 crore nett mark. Trade experts believe the film could hit the milestone by Thursday. The New Year holidays have added to the momentum. The fourth week is also expected to stay strong. If the trend continues, the film may even touch the Rs 700 crore nett mark by the end of its run.
A source close to the development explained Ranveer’s thinking and said, “With Dhurandhar’s massive success, Ranveer is very clear about the kind of films he wants to do next. He is keen to collaborate with filmmakers like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Atlee, and at the same time, he doesn’t want to be seen in back-to-back gangster films, especially since Dhurandhar is already established in that space.”
The source added that this shift has made Ranveer reorder his priorities. “That’s one of the reasons he has asked Jai Mehta to prepone the shoot of Pralay. Ranveer is keen on fast-tracking the project and bringing it on floors sooner than planned.”
Ranveer Singh To Focus On His Zombie Film And Other Big Projects
Pralay (backed by Applause Entertainment) is said to be a zombie-based film with a strong emotional angle. It focuses on how far a man will go to save his family in extreme situations. The report also claims Ranveer is closely involved in the planning. The source added, “Now that he has prioritised other projects over Don 3, Singh is now personally involved in aligning dates and schedules for Jai Mehta’s film to ensure the film moves quickly.”
Meanwhile, Don 3 has clearly hit a roadblock. An insider shared, “Right after the release of Dhurandhar, Ranveer was scheduled to begin preparations for Don 3. However, given the current situation, the film is now pushed.”
Will Farhan Akhtar Find A New Lead Or Shelve The Project?
Well, Don 3 already has Kriti Sanon signed as the female lead after Kiara Advani’s exit. The film was planned on a large scale and was set to be shot across Europe. Production was expected to begin in early 2026, after Farhan Akhtar’s acting project 120 Bahadur.
If Ranveer’s exit is confirmed, the makers may need a new male lead. This could delay the project further. Some insiders are already comparing the situation to Jee Le Zaraa, Farhan Akhtar’s stalled film that once featured Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt.
Have Pakistan And Bangladesh Forgotten 1971? Asim Munir, Muhammad Yunus Nexus To Get Befitting Reply
Muhammad Yunus: It seems some people and nations never learn from their mistakes from the past. Pakistan and Bangladesh are no exception. The nations of Asim Munir and Muhammad Yunus are once again taking India lightly. They probably have forgotten the fact that India stood like a giant to help Bangladesh against the atrocities of Pakistan.
1971: Memory, Pride And Humiliation
For Bangladesh, 1971 is etched as a Liberation War. It is filled with unforgettable pain, trauma, atrocities, pride and identity.
The 1947 partition between India and Pakistan culminated the seeds of regional and religion indifferences between the two countries. In the 1970 parliamentary elections, an overwhelming number of East Pakistanis voted for the Bangladesh Awami League, which was founded by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
However, it was blocked by the Pakistani Army led by Yahya Khan. Rahman was put behind bars, resulting in mass, nationwide protests. Pakistan’s army brutally suppressed it and ordered mass-scale rape of young girls and women, and oppression of one and all.
A massive refugee movement then happened into neighbouring India. India decided to support East Pakistanis and East Pakistani guerilla forces, supported by India, fought with the Pakistani Army. This caused an open war between the two powers beginning on December 3, 1971.
Pakistani troops at Dhaka surrendered to India forces on December 16, 1971. East Pakistan became the independent country of Bangladesh, resulting in the resignation of Yahya Khan. He was replaced by his foreign minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who put him under house arrest.
Pakistan’s Atrocities
Mass killing and rapes of Bangladeshi people and women were ordered by Yahya Khan before the 1971 war started. It is believed that 400,000 women and girls were raped by members of the Pakistan Army and more than 3 million people were killed.
This resulted in thousands of birth of war babies, suicides, pregnancies, infanticide, abortions and ostracism of the victims. During this time, Bengali nationalists also went on to commit mass rape of ethnic Bihari Muslim women as they were supportive of Pakistan.
The Forgetful Behaviour Of Muhammad Yunus
Are Pakistan and Bangladesh deliberately forgetting the past and going against India?

Successful implementation is expected to pave the way for a phased expansion across Punjab, potentially making it one of the first states in India to embed systematic AI-led career guidance within its public education framework. The initiative underscores Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab Government’s commitment to preparing its students for the demands of the 21st-century economy.
He further stated, “career guidance should not be a luxury. By bringing structured, AI-powered counselling into our government schools, we are ensuring every child, irrespective of their socio-economic background, can make an informed choice about their future.”
Outlining the AI Labs work process, the Education Minister informed that students will undergo an AI-based aptitude and interest assessment on the digital platform. The system will generates an individualised career report, highlighting potential academic and vocational pathways and then Professional counsellors conduct one-to-one sessions with students, involving parents, to discuss the report and create a actionable plan.
The model is designed to move beyond traditional, generic advice to provide personalised, data-informed insights at an early stage—from Class 6th onwards, he added.
PSEB Chairman Dr. Amarpal Singh emphasised a shift from exam-centric learning to holistic development, while stating, “True education is about unlocking potential. These labs will help students understand their innate strengths and translate them into tangible career goals, moving beyond the conventional chase for marks.”
Mr. Saurav Kumar, CEO of Beyond Mentor, the implementing partner, noted, “Our platform combines technology with human empathy. The AI handles scalable assessment, but the crucial counselling is delivered by professionals, ensuring each child feels heard and guided.”
Meanwhile, a 9th grade student at GGSS, Nangal Akshita shared, “it’s exciting that our government school is offering something so advanced. Earlier, we only knew about a few common career options. Through the counselling session, we learned about many new possibilities. Such guidance was usually available in private schools.” Mr. Vishal Sharma, father of Akshita appreciated the state government for inclusive approach. “Being part of the counselling session with my daughter was invaluable. It brings the family into the conversation about her future, which is very reassuring.”
Sharan, Class 6th student of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Sri Anandpur Sahib, said, “This programme helped me understand my interests and personality better. It will help me choose the right career path with confidence.”
Namo Bharat RRTS: Haryana’s Big Push for Rajiv Chowk RRTS Hub, Game-Changer or Political Masterstroke?
RRTS: Rajiv Chowk has been proposed by the Haryana government as the starting point for the proposed Gurgaon–Faridabad–Noida Namo Bharat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor.
The Haryana government contended that Rajiv Chowk as the central junction would considerably improve multimodal integration while boosting ridership at the same time.
Haryana officials are of the view that starting the high-speed corridor from Rajiv Chowk would ensure consistent, all-day commuter demand instead of limiting usage to peak office hours. Furthermore, they contended that the existing alignment underserves Gurgaon’s population.
The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has flagged serious concerns over the proposal. It cited complex engineering requirements, higher construction costs and the possibility of a longer route detour between IGI Airport’s Aerocity and Noida International Airport at Jewar.
The differences between the NCRTC and the Haryana government surfaced during discussions to finalize the draft detailed project report (DPR) for the corridor, which is planned as a rapid airport-to-airport connection passing through Gurgaon and Faridabad.
What The Current Namo Bharat RRTS Draft Says?
According to the current RRTS draft, the route would begin at IFFCO Chowk, runs through Sector 54, enters Faridabad at Bata Chowk and proceeds via the Sector 85–86 junction toward Noida Sector 142/168 before connecting to Jewar via Surajpur.
The stretch is expected to have six stations and is expected to cost around Rs 15,000 crore, making it Haryana’s third RRTS corridor.
Interestingly, the junction is already earmarked for an underground station on the Delhi–Gurgaon–Manesar–Bawal RRTS corridor and is expected to gain metro connectivity under the proposed Bhondsi–Gurgaon railway station line.
“Rajiv Chowk sits at the centre of the city with a public-transport network and caters to commuters throughout the day, unlike IFFCO Chowk and Golf Course Road, which largely see peak-hour corporate traffic,” a senior official said.
Priyanka Gandhi: Is Rahul Gandhi Getting Redundant Within Congress? Imran Masood Advocates Priyanka’s Name As PM
Priyanka Gandhi: It seems that Rahul Gandhi, who is the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, is losing support from all sides at the same time. There have been many incidents of internal turmoil. Congress MP from Saharanpur – Imran Masood – has added to his woes by saying Priyanka Gandhi Vadra would be a better Prime Minister than anyone else.
What did Imran Masood Said About Priyanka Gandhi?
Congress MP Imran Masood recently said that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra would respond as strongly as her grandmother and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi if she was made the Prime Minister of India.
Masood was replying to the criticism by BJP on Priyanka Gandhi’s remarks on atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh. Masood praised the parliamentary interventions and leadership qualities of Priyanka, saying her responses reflect the legacy of Indira Gandhi.
Masood also took a dig at fellow party colleague Shashi Tharoor by saying that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has no political presence in Kerala and advised Tharoor not to “get disoriented.”
The Response Of BJP
BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawalla said the internal turmoil in Congress is not new.
Poonawalla added Rahul, who is the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, has lost support from the public, party members, and Congress headquarters.
Interestingly, the Congress party has lost 95 elections under Rahul Gandhi till date.
The BJP spokesperson added the recent the suspension of Odisha Congress leader Mohd Moquim over his statement shows Rahul has lost confidence within his party.
Beware! Prediabetics Ignoring THIS Could Face Heart Attack In Years, New Glucose Study Warns
Most people hear the word prediabetes and feel relieved. It sounds mild and temporary. Many believe it can be ignored for now. But a new global study sends a clear warning. If prediabetics do not act early, the risk of a heart attack, heart failure, and even premature death can quietly rise over the years.
Small lifestyle changes can make a big difference. According to new research, bringing blood glucose back to a normal range may cut the risk of serious heart problems by nearly half. And this protection can last for decades.
The findings come from a major study published in The Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology. Researchers say prediabetes remission may soon become a key goal in medical guidelines worldwide.
Why Prediabetics Face A Hidden Heart Attack Risk
Prediabetes means blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be called diabetes. Many people live with it for years without symptoms. That is where the danger lies.
The study shows that prediabetics who fail to control blood glucose are at a much higher risk of heart attack and heart failure later in life. Researchers analysed long-term data from over 2,400 prediabetics across the US and China. Some participants were followed for 20 years. Others were tracked for nearly 30.
The results were striking. Those who managed to bring their blood sugar back to normal saw their risk of cardiovascular death drop by around 50 per cent. Overall mortality also fell sharply.
Dr Andreas Birkenfeld from the German Center for Diabetes Research explained that early action creates a powerful protective window. When glucose levels are normalised at the prediabetes stage, the long-term heart risk reduces dramatically.
One Simple Blood Sugar Number Could Change Everything
One of the most important findings was surprisingly simple. A fasting blood glucose level below 97 mg/dL emerged as a strong marker of lower heart disease risk. This held true regardless of age, weight or ethnic background.
Researchers say this number could be easily used in clinics worldwide. It gives doctors and patients a clear and measurable target. Until now, heart disease prevention focused on three pillars. These include controlling blood pressure, lowering bad cholesterol and quitting smoking.
The study suggests adding a fourth pillar. That is sustained normalisation of blood glucose in prediabetics.
Experts believe this shift could transform how doctors approach early prevention. Instead of waiting for diabetes to develop, the focus moves to reversing prediabetes itself.
As the authors noted, achieving remission does more than delay diabetes. It offers decades of protection against heart attack, heart failure and early death.
Diabetes Treatment: Borderline Or Beyond Control? Ayurveda Expert Reveals Medicine Made From Rare 10 Ingredients For Sugar Patients
Diabetes treatment: Diabetes is one word that silently scares many people today. You hear it at home, at work, or during casual health chats. Some are told they are “borderline”. Others struggle with very high numbers every day. In between all this, people are also looking at traditional systems like Ayurveda for answers. In 2025, one such conversation caught public attention and sparked fresh curiosity.
Subhash Goyal (founder of Vardhan Ayurvedic & Herbal Medicines) was already in the news for launching a premium Chyawanprash priced at around Rs 1.5 lakh. During a discussion, influencer and Bigg Boss 19 fame Tanya Mittal asked him a question many Indians quietly wonder about. Is there any Ayurvedic approach for sugar-related issues like diabetes? And what should patients really do?
Two Types of Diabetes Patients, Says Ayurveda Expert
According to Subhash Goyal, not all diabetes patients fall into the same category. He believes the first group includes people whose levels hover around 6.1. Doctors often call this borderline and label the person diabetic. Goyal feels this creates fear before real damage even begins.
For such people, he stresses lifestyle discipline. He suggests focusing on routine, food habits and simple natural ingredients. His recommendation includes fenugreek seeds mixed with onion and black gram. According to him, these people need balance more than heavy medication. The focus, he says, should be consistency, not panic.
The second group, however, is very different. These are patients whose sugar levels remain dangerously high. Goyal claims he has seen cases where long-term markers rise to shocking levels. For such people, he speaks about a structured Ayurvedic formulation rather than casual home remedies.
Diabetes Treatment With Ayurveda Medicine Of 10 Rare Ingredients
Talking about severe cases, Goyal explains an Ayurvedic blend made using ten ingredients. These include gudmar, bitter gourd, jamun seeds, wheatgrass, shilajit, and black turmeric. The ninth component completes the herbal mix, while cottonseed becomes the tenth and final addition. Around 100 grams of cottonseed is added to the preparation.
He believes this combination works at a deeper level. According to Goyal, if taken properly under guidance, patients may gradually reduce their dependence on regular sugar medicines. He also claims that in some cases, insulin injections may not be needed. Along with sugar control, he says overall health improves, including energy levels and digestion.
It is important to note that this diabetes treatment method is a claim shared from an Ayurvedic perspective. Medical experts usually advise patients to consult qualified doctors before making changes to treatment. Diabetes is a serious condition and needs careful monitoring.
That said, conversations like these show why Ayurveda still attracts interest. Many people want options that feel natural and rooted in tradition. Whether used alone or alongside modern medicine, Ayurveda continues to be part of India’s health dialogue.
