Punjabi singer and actress Sunanda Sharma, known for hits like Jatt Yamla, Jaani Tera Naa, and Chorri Chorri, faced a frightening moment during her live performance on Friday, April 3, at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT) in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. 

While she was grooving to her songs, the show turned chaotic when a male fan suddenly jumped on stage, leaving her shocked. Videos of the incident quickly went viral on social media, sparking widespread discussion.

Sunanda Sharma Fears As Fan Jumps On Stage During Concert

Sunanda, dressed in a white T-shirt and baggy jeans, was startled as the fan tried to touch her feet while posing in front of the audience. She screamed in fear and immediately walked off the stage. Security personnel and police quickly intervened, escorting the fan out of the venue.

The Ghaziabad Police have since taken the accused into custody and started questioning him. Reports suggest that he is a student of the same college where the concert took place.

Despite repeated pleas from the audience, Sunanda’s team decided to cancel the rest of the performance, leaving fans disappointed as many walked out.

This is not the first time Sunanda Sharma made headlines during a live event. Last year, during a concert in Mohali, she invited a fan on stage and hugged him after he expressed his admiration. Sharing the video on Instagram, she wrote, “Jo pyaar karde ne, oh te gale milan de haqdaar ne. Thank you for sending me this video. Rooh khush ho gayi ai.” She further added, “Jinna pyaar mainu mileya ai, ohde ton pta lagdai k mere Murshad di nigaah mere te sawalli ai (sic).”

While her gestures in the past were received warmly, the Ghaziabad incident highlights the risks performers face during live shows and the need for stricter security.

About This Ranveer Singh Starrer

Mohan Yadav: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is steering Madhya Pradesh toward a unique economic experiment, one that leans heavily into the state’s cultural roots to drive modern rural growth. By putting cow protection and dairy production at the very centre of his development agenda, Yadav is attempting to turn cattle rearing from a traditional practice into a high-tech engine for jobs and farmer income.

The Vision of the “Vrindavan Village”

The most ambitious part of this plan is the Vrindavan Gram Yojana. The idea is to take one village in every single development block and transform it into a model “Vrindavan Village.” These aren’t just aesthetic tributes to Lord Krishna’s legacy; they are designed to be hubs of self-reliance.

Each village is slated to feature modern cow shelters (gaushalas), biogas units, and solar energy setups. There’s also a big push for medicinal plant farming and dairy processing right at the source. The goal is to create a template for “cow-centric” agriculture that can eventually be scaled across every assembly constituency in the state.

Scaling Up the Dairy Engine

Mohan Yadav: The numbers behind this strategy are quite aggressive. In a fresh partnership with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), the state wants to nearly double its daily milk collection, jumping from 10.5 lakh kg to a massive 20 lakh kg. To get there, they are planning to expand dairy cooperatives to cover 18,000 villages.

To keep farmers motivated, the government has introduced a ₹5 per litre bonus on milk and boosted the daily subsidy for cattle in shelters to ₹40 per cow. With ₹100 crore earmarked specifically for the Vrindavan scheme and another ₹100 crore for dairy infrastructure, the state is putting serious money behind its goal of becoming India’s “dairy capital.”

Actor Danish Pandor is enjoying the success of Ranveer Singh and Aditya Dhar‘s Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge, which released in theatres on March 19. His role as Uzair Baloch has won praise in both the original film and its sequel. In a chat with Radio City India, Danish opened up about the flood of messages he has been receiving from fans.

Sharing how touched he is by fan reactions, he said, “DMs toh aatey hi rahte hain! Itna pyaar de rahe hain, they are taking so much time and putting me in the story; they are tagging me in the reels! The least I can do is respond to them.”

Danish revealed that the fan love isn’t just from India. He claimed to have received texts from Pakistan as well. The actor said, “Bohot saare messages aatey hain waha se bhi. Kai saare: ‘Bohot pasand aye. Dil khush kar diya. Kitni behtereen movie banai hain.”

Fans from countries including Canada, Australia, UK and North America have also reached out. Many are rallying behind his character, Uzair, even calling for “Justice for Uzair.”

About The Film

Dhurandhar is a spy thriller set in Pakistan in the early 2000s, with Ranveer Singh playing an Indian spy dismantling criminal networks in Lyari. The movie is inspired by true events and stars Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and R Madhavan.

The sequel Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge was released on March 19. It explores the origins of Hamza aka Jaskirat Singh Rangi (Ranveer’s character), showing his rise in Lyari while dismantling a terror network threatening India.
