Sherlyn Chopra has filed an FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual assault and has also spoken openly about the relationship between Shilpa Shetty and Raj.
Sherlyn Chopra is constantly in the headlines and she mentioned this in her complaint filed with the Mumbai Police on 14 April 2021. According to the report, Sherlyn Chopra had disclosed in her complaint that in 2019 Raj Kundra had called her business manager to discuss a proposal and on March 27, 2019, after the business meeting, Raj without informing her. came to her house.

According to Sherlyn Chopra’s complaint, she said, ‘I asked Raj Kundra about his relationship with his wife Shilpa Shetty. To which he said that it is quite complicated and he is under stress most of the time at home’. Sherlyn Chopra further claimed that somehow she managed to push Raj Kundra to the washroom and stayed there till he left the house.
According to the report of TOI, Sherlyn has told that in the year 2019, Raj Kundra called her business manager regarding a proposal. Sherlyn told that after a business meeting on March 27, 2019, after a debate on the message, Raj had come to his house without informing him. Sherlyn told that Raj was trying to kiss her, she opposed it because she did not want to have a relationship with a married man.
Sherlyn Chopra has accused Raj Kundra of sexual abuse under sections 384, 415, 420, 504 and 506, 354 (a) (b) (d) 509. It also includes sections 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women Act 1986.
The Crime Branch of Mumbai had summoned Sherlyn Chopra for questioning on July 21. Before interrogation, Sherlyn had approached the court and demanded anticipatory bail. The court had granted anticipatory bail to Sherlyn. Along with this, the Mumbai Police has been instructed not to take any coercive action against them till September 20.
