The video shows a man riding a bike with an open laptop placed in front of him, leaving social media users shocked and concerned about his safety.

What Happened?

The viral video captured a man traveling on a busy road while using an open laptop on his motorcycle. The unusual sight left many viewers stunned. One eyewitness shared that the scene sent shivers down their spine, questioning whether a few minutes of work could ever be worth risking one’s life. The video quickly spread across social media platforms, with users expressing disbelief at the dangerous act. Many pointed out that no job or deadline is important enough to compromise personal safety.

When Work Pressure Becomes Dangerous

After Mamta Banerjee TMC Dissent, Is Rebellion Brewing In Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena? Check Report

Mamata-Banerjee
Google

The Trinamool Congress of West Bengal is facing its most challenging situation as 58 of its rebel MLAs led by party rebel leader Ritabrata Banerjee have publicly questioned the authority of party leader Mamta Banerjee. They do accept Mamata Banerjee as their leader but are against the control of the party exerted by her nephew, Abhishek Banerjee.

This revolt reflects what is happening in Maharashtra with regard to the Shiv Sena. The rebellion in that party has reached yet another level.

Mamta Banerjee: Six Shiv Sena MPs Join Rebel Camp

As Uddhav Thackeray leads his Shiv Sena, he now faces additional turmoil with six members of parliament from his faction breaking away and joining Eknath Shinde’s faction of the Shiv Sena, which has continued to dominate the Shiv Sena since his faction’s split from the party in 2022. With this most recent rebellion, Uddhav’s side is becoming highly isolated within the parliamentary representation of the Shiv Sena.

Eknath Shinde’s Strategic Moves

Eknath Shinde is looking to weaken the Thackeray faction further, after he ended Uddhav Thackeray’s government in June 2022. Not only does Shinde’s team have the deputy chief minister position in Maharashtra, but they are continuing to attract rebels from Uddhav’s camp. Reports indicate that Shinde’s faction is currently working on trying to acquire additional MPs.

BJP Overjoyed at Shiv Sena Turmoil

The BJP is very pleased with the Shiv Sena rebellion and sees Uddhav Thackeray as a weak side. The result is clear. Shinde’s faction becomes stronger internally through more people being against them, therefore providing the BJP-Sena alliance with more stability from the BJP’s viewpoint.

US Iran Deal: Sanity Prevails! Is Donald Trump Desperate For Truce? 5 Things That Led Them To The Table

US-Iran-Deal
Google

US Iran Deal: In the US, political costs are rising, from scrutiny from Congress to voters’ concerns about foreign entanglements, and policymakers are looking to de-escalate. A negotiated pause can provide a sense of leadership for former President Donald Trump and distract from domestic controversies.

Sanctions fatigue and economic pressure in Iran. Long-standing sanctions had devastated Iran’s economy, cutting oil revenues and stoking public discontent. Economic necessity opened Tehran up more to talk that might provide some sanctions relief without full capitulation.

Regional Escalation Risk

US Iran Deal: Recent fighting in the Middle East escalated the risk of an accidental war. Both Washington and Tehran would prefer measured diplomacy over rapid escalation that could destabilise global energy markets and international supply chains.

Shifting International Alignments

European mediators, China’s pragmatic diplomacy and Russian calculations pushed both sides to the table. Multilateral pressure allowed for diplomatic compromise.

Pragmatic Bargaining and Information Warfare Behind-the-scenes intelligence sharing, backchannel diplomacy and message management by both camps reduced mistrust. It could be that Trump’s willingness to negotiate is more a strategic political play than a sign of pure desperation.

Why This Is Important?

A measured US-Iran rapprochement could ease tensions in the Middle East and stabilise oil markets, but there are risks: verification, enforcement and political backlash. Look for sanctions language, inspection language and reaction from Congress.

‘Easy Jamabandi’ portal streamlines land services and weeds out corruption in revenue offices: Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan

Punjab news

The Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker, S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan, today highlighted that the Puniab government has already launched the historic ‘Easy Registry’ and ‘Easy Jamabandi Portal’ to bring seamless public delivery systems directly to the citizens and eliminate the need of middleman in the state’s tehsils. He made an active appeal to educated youth, government officials, Panchayat members, Sarpanchs, and other public representatives to raise awareness about this crucial initiative and motivate people to utilize these digital services to weed out corruption.

Speaker Sandhwan stressed that nearly 40 lakh citizens in Punjab previously had to make multiple visits to Patwarkhanas or stand in exhausting queues at Sewa Kendras just to obtain their Fard (land record copies). This archaic process frequently exposed citizens to red tape and bribery.

“With the launch of Easy Jamabandi, there is absolutely no need to visit a Patwari office, stand in queues, or pay bribes,” Sandhwan stated. Landowners can now download a legally viable, certified copy of their Jamabandi.

He informed that our government has now enableed immediate access to five essential online services:

Jamabandi via WhatsApp: Direct home delivery of verified land record copies.

Online Mutation (Intkal): Smooth processing of property title transfers.

Rapat Entries: Quick logging of land transactions online.

Fard Badar: Seamless rectification of spelling and clerical errors in records.

Land Alert Subscription: A specialized shield for landowners and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). If any external attempt is made to alter or tamper with a registered property record, the owner receives an automated, instant notification on WhatsApp or email to raise a prompt legal objection.

Citizens can access these revolutionary reforms via three transparent pathways:

Online Portal: Visit the official website directly at easyjamabandi.punjab.gov.in.

Tele-Helpline: Dial the state helpline number 1076 for assisted services.

Physical Support Centres: Visit any local Sewa Kendra for assisted online applications.

The Punjab Government remains deeply committed to a transparent, zero-tolerance policy against corruption, ensuring that governance reaches the doorsteps of everyday citizens with absolute ease, he added.

Bhagwant Singh Mann Certain To Return As Punjab Chief Minister In 2027: Arvind Kejriwal

Punjab news

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal credited the AAP’s sweeping victory in the Bathinda Municipal Corporation elections to the Bhagwant Mann Government’s four years of honest governance and pro-people work, asserting that the massive public turnout and enthusiastic response during a mega roadshow reflected Punjab’s growing trust in the Government.

Thanking the people of Bathinda for the resounding mandate, the AAP Supremo said the verdict had reaffirmed public faith in CM Bhagwant Singh Mann’s clean and corruption-free administration, adding that while every previous Chief Minister in Punjab had faced corruption-related questions, not a single allegation had surfaced against Bhagwant Singh Mann or any member of his Government. He expressed confidence that the people’s continued support and satisfaction with the Government’s performance had firmly set the stage for Bhagwant Singh Mann’s return as Chief Minister in 2027. AAP Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia, AAP Punjab State President Aman Arora and several senior party leaders were also present on the occasion.

Addressing a massive crowd at the roadshow, AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal said, “Today there are four parties in Punjab. One party is known by people, in anger, as the ‘Chitta Party’. During its rule, drugs were sold extensively and reached every household. People also call it the ‘Beadbi Party’ because many incidents of ‘beadbi’ (sacrilege) took place during its tenure.”

He further said, “The second is the ‘Jhagda Party’. Its leaders are always fighting among themselves. The third is the ‘ED Party’. It threatens people with the ED and sends agencies after them. And the fourth is the Aam Aadmi Party, your party, ‘janta ki party,’ a party that works for the public.”

Looking ahead to the Assembly elections, Arvind Kejriwal asserted, “I have been told that the elections will be held in November, not February. Only four months are left. Now we all have only one task. We have to make Bhagwant Singh Mann Chief Minister again. He must become Chief Minister again.”

The AAP Chief also thanked the people from the bottom of his heart for giving us such a magnificent victory in the Municipal Corporation elections. “As we were coming here during the roadshow, I was looking at people’s faces. It has been four years since we formed the government. When previous governments were in power, people would stand with shoes in their hands to chase them away. We have completed four years, and today there is so much happiness on people’s faces. Seeing that made me truly happy,” he added.

Highlighting the purpose behind entering politics, he stated, “We entered politics to work for the people. It feels very good that after four years, people are appreciating our work. You have given us a resounding victory in Bathinda, putting your stamp of approval on our work. While coming here during the roadshow, the happiness visible on your faces showed that you are very satisfied with the AAP government.”

Recalling his visit during the 2022 elections, Arvind Kejriwal continued, “I came to Bathinda during the 2022 elections. At that time, I was told that the people of Bathinda had to pay a ‘Jojo Tax’. Nobody collects it anymore and there is no loot and extortion now. Nobody asks you for money anymore. This is Bhagwant Mann’s honest government.”

Praising the Punjab CM’s record, the former Delhi Chief Minister emphasised, “In the last 75 years, Punjab has seen many Chief Ministers, many ministers. But no one has been as honest as Bhagwant Mann. Every Chief Minister who came before faced allegations. People said such and such Chief Ministers made so much money, committed this scam, that scam, that their family members were involved in corruption, that their ministers were involved in corruption. Such allegations were made against every Chief Minister.”

He further stated, “In the last four years, not a single allegation of corruption involving even one paisa has been made against Bhagwant Mann. Not a single allegation. Do you think PM Modi would have spared Bhagwant Mann if there had been any allegation? The ED and CBI would have conducted raids here as well. But there has not been a single allegation against him, against his family, or against any of his ministers.”

Highlighting the government’s work, the AAP National Convenor said, “The government saved public money and made electricity free for the people. It provided insurance cover of ₹10 lakh. Now, from 1 July, ₹1,000 and ₹1,500 will start reaching the accounts of every mother and sister. So much work has been done. Now all of us have only one task. We have to make Bhagwant Mann Chief Minister again so that all the unfinished work can also be completed.”

Punjabis swept BJP, Congress and Akalis aside despite their joint efforts to stop AAP; mandate reflects faith in honest governance: CM Bhagwant Singh Mann

Addressing a gathering, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “The people of Punjab must know that during the recent local body elections, the BJP, the Akalis and the Congress fought hand-in-hand. They pooled their resources, aligned their strategies and ran a unified under-the-table campaign against the Punjab Government. They were collectively terrified of an honest Government that is serving the people. These parties have realised that if AAP continues its journey of public service, their shops of corruption will shut permanently.”

The Chief Minister said that Punjab’s politically aware and farsighted people saw through this nexus and delivered a decisive verdict in favour of AAP. “The people picked up the broom and completely swept all three parties aside in the local elections. The mandate reflects the public’s faith in honest politics and their rejection of parties that have repeatedly failed them,” he said.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said traditional political parties are unable to accept that a person from an ordinary family is successfully leading Punjab and working tirelessly for the welfare of its people. “These leaders always believed they had a divine right to rule Punjab. That is why they cannot digest the fact that a common man is running the Government efficiently and honestly. For decades they misled people through false promises and propaganda, but Punjabis are no longer getting swayed by such tactics,” he stated.

Highlighting the Government’s achievements, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said taxpayers’ money is now being utilised honestly for development works, schools, hospitals, roads and welfare schemes instead of being lost to commissions and corruption. He said, “More than 90 per cent of households in Punjab are receiving free electricity. Over 67,000 youth have secured Government jobs completely on merit without paying a single rupee as a bribe. We have also shut down several toll plazas across Punjab, saving nearly ₹70 lakh every day for the people.”

Describing agriculture as the backbone of Punjab’s economy, the Chief Minister assured farmers that the Punjab Government would continue providing every possible resource to strengthen the farming sector and increase agricultural productivity. “Farmers are the food providers of the nation and they deserve the highest level of support from the Government. I assure every farmer that they can use as much canal water as they need in their fields. The Government will ensure that there is absolutely no shortage of irrigation water,” he said.

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann further said that the Punjab Government has revived the canal network across the state, bringing canal water to the tail ends of channels that had remained dry for more than three decades. “We will continue expanding this network so that every farm has access to sufficient surface water. This will reduce dependence on tube wells and help conserve our precious groundwater for future generations,” he added.

Thanking the people of Punjab for their unwavering trust and support, CM Bhagwant Singh Mann reiterated his Government’s commitment to building a prosperous, progressive and healthy Rangla Punjab. “I will continue serving the people with complete dedication. The AAP Government is working tirelessly for the welfare of every section of society and no stone is being left unturned to ensure the progress and well-being of Punjab and its people,” he affirmed.
