In a message shared on social media, the Chief Minister described the achievement as another major milestone in India’s journey towards building a stronger and self-reliant defence ecosystem.
Yogi Adityanath praised the scientists and engineers of DRDO for their dedication and innovation, saying the successful test reflects India’s growing capabilities in indigenous defence technology.
He stated that the development of the Kusha missile system will significantly enhance the country’s air defence capabilities while strengthening the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat by reducing dependence on imported defence equipment.
