Prayagraj Viral Video: In a shocking turn of events, a former staff nurse working at the Acura Critical Care Hospital, a Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Hospital in Prayagraj, has accused hospital director Manish Keshri, of molestation. The girl also alleged that the doctor tried to force illicit relationship on her in 2025 and then repeated the act in March 2026.

Prayagraj Viral Video-Turn Of Events

The former staff nurse alleged that she joined the Acura Critical Care Hospital during her B. Sc. (Nursing) course. She left the hospital in September 2025 due to examinations. The former nurse said she was about to rejoin the hospital on March 15, 2026.

She alleged that Doctor Manish Keshri tried to molest her in his car on March 20 and then tried to repeat the act again on March 26 when she was called to the Operation Theatre when the doctor was with a friend. She alleged that both tied her hands and legs while forcing cloth in her mouth before trying to commit wrongdoing before she managed to escape.

The former staff nurse alleged that she complained about the incident to the hospital director but no action was taken against the doctor. The staff nurse left the hospital on March 28.

Civil Lines Police Station Head Ramashray Yadav remarked that a FIR has been filed against the doctor and his friend and the police team is looking into the CCTV footage for investigations.

A user said, “This is beyond disturbing. A hospital is supposed to be a place of care and safety, not exploitation. If these allegations are true, that doctor has completely violated every ethical boundary. The hospital administration must be held accountable for allowing such a culture to exist.” Another user wrote, “Patients trust hospitals with their lives, and staff trust them with their dignity. Uttar Pradesh News: The online Census 2027 would formally start in the state of Uttar Pradesh from May 7 to May 21, 2026. From May 22, census workers would go door-to-door to collect data till June 20, 2026.

To begin the process, go to the Census of India 2027 website. Choose Uttar Pradesh as your state, fill in the captcha code, and click on “verify & proceed.” Then, enter your mobile number and validate it using the OTP you receive.

Note: For the 2026–27 Census self-enumerations, each household can use only one mobile number.

After verification, you’ll need to enter household details, including the name of the head of the family. Select your district, provide your PIN code, and add information about your village, town, or a nearby landmark. When you click on search, a map will appear with a red marker; you’ll need to move this marker to indicate your exact home location.

Once the location is correctly marked, click “save & next,” and you’ll receive a confirmation message. Proceed by filling in further details such as the number of married couples in the household, and whether you have access to a mobile phone, internet, or a vehicle, along with the type of house you live in.

At the end, click on “final submit” to complete the entire process and you will be issued an 11-digit SE ID, which should be saved and shown to census officials during their visit.

The elephant Mayyanad Parthasarathy went into musth and suddenly turned violent to kill Vishnu, a lorry driver from Kollam, while injuring mahout Pradeep seriously injured. The elephant damaged and overturned several other vehicles while also destroying several walls of the temple.

Within moments, the animal becomes visibly agitated, trumpeting loudly before charging at the vehicle. The driver, seemingly trapped on the constrained path, attempts to reverse, but the elephant closes the distance quickly and strikes the car with its tusks and trunk. 8th Pay Commission: The Central 8th Pay Commission has issued a notice to announce Srinagar visit on June 1, 2026. The Commission as part of its outreach to representative groups, stakeholders and employees would be visiting 3 locations in the coming months. The visit would witness the active participation of concerned stakeholders including institutions, organizations and associations of central government and the state of Jammu & Kashmir.

In a meeting in New Delhi from April 28 to 30, it was demanded by employee organizations that the initial salary of level 6 government teachers should be increased to Rs. 1,34,500. The unions also demanded a salary increment of 6-7 percent every year along with a hike in fitment factor to 3.83 from 2.62.

The next meeting would be held on June 8, 2026, at Ladakh.

Raja Shivaji, Ek Din Box Office Collection Day 1: Raja Shivaji and Ek Din arrived in cinemas with very different stories on Day 1. While Riteish Deshmukh’s historical drama opened on a fair note and showed strength in regional markets, Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi’s romantic film struggled badly to attract audiences.

The May 1 releases were expected to add fresh competition at the ticket windows. However, the opening day numbers suggest that Raja Shivaji found some momentum, while Ek Din failed to convert pre-release buzz into actual footfalls.

Raja Shivaji Box Office Collection Day 1

According to Sacnilk, Raja Shivaji box office collection stood at around Rs 11.35 cr net in India on Day 1. The film reportedly recorded an overall occupancy of nearly 32%, giving it a decent start. The stronger response came from Marathi-speaking markets, where the film performed far better than in Hindi belts. Reports suggest the movie earned around Rs 8 cr from Marathi version and Rs 3.35 cr from Hindi version.

The opening of this film has gone ahead of Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika, which opened around Rs 8.75 cr. However, it remains behind bigger historical blockbusters like Tanhaji and Chhaava, which started at much stronger levels.

Ek Din Box Office Collection Day 1

A huge disappointment came from Aamir Khan-produced Ek Din. According to Sacnilk, Ek Din box office collection stood at only Rs 0.81 cr net in India on Day 1. The film reportedly managed an overall occupancy of around 14%, which is considered weak for a movie backed by Aamir Khan Productions and featuring Sai Pallavi’s Hindi debut.

Weak advance bookings and limited pre-release excitement hurt the film badly. Morning shows reportedly saw low occupancy in several centres.

While Sai Pallavi’s performance has drawn some praise, early reactions suggest the film’s emotional connect and lead chemistry did not create enough impact with audiences.

The movie also faced competition from titles like Bhooth Bangla, Raja Shivaji and others, which divided footfalls further.

Namo Bharat RRTS: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has cleared the final alignment for the Gurugram Faridabad Noida Namo Bharat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor.

The project that is estimated to cost around Rs. 15,000 crore would stretch approximately 64 kilometres. The project, which is designed as a reimagination of cross-city mobility, could transform journeys that currently take up to two hours into less than 40-minute commutes to fundamentally alter the geography of work and residence in the NCR.

Namo Bharat RRTS Updates

Presently, a trip from Gurugram to Noida can take anywhere between 90 minutes and two hours, depending on traffic conditions along key arterial routes like the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway and stretches of Delhi’s congested road network. Under the RRTS plan, that same journey is expected to take just 38 to 40 minutes.

Similarly, Gurugram to Faridabad travel time is projected to drop from over an hour to about 20 minutes. For millions who depend on intercity travel for work, healthcare and education, this shift is not incremental but also structural.

The trains, branded under the Namo Bharat initiative, are expected to run at speeds of up to 180 km/h, placing them among the fastest regional rail systems in India. With frequencies of every 5 to 7 minutes, the system aims to eliminate long waiting times and reduce reliance on private vehicles, which currently dominate NCR road traffic.

Route And Stations

The Gurugram section, spanning 14.5 kilometres, begins at IFFCO Chowk and passes through Millennium City Centre, Sector-52 and Gwal Pahari. This stretch is particularly significant as it integrates corporate hubs, residential zones and emerging commercial districts.

The Faridabad segment, about 16 kilometres long, will traverse densely populated areas including Sainik Colony, NIT and Bata Chowk before extending toward Badshahpur.

The Noida and Greater Noida alignment will connect through the FNG Expressway corridor, linking Sector 141/168 and culminating at Surajpur Junction.

Construction is expected to begin by December 2026, subject to final procedural clearances. If timelines are maintained, the corridor could become operational within the next few years, marking one of the most significant transport interventions in NCR’s recent history.

Delhi News: The Directorate of Education (DoE) has ordered that no private unaided recognized schools in the state of Delhi can require, mandate or compel any guardian or parent to pay school fees for a period of more than 1 calendar month in a single installment.

The order reads that such practices impose undue financial burden on parents, especially those belonging to low and middle-income groups. The order added that such practices run contrary to the underlying objective of providing inclusive and equitable access to education.

The DoE order instructs schools that fee collection is restricted to a monthly cycle. It remarked that any practice that forces parents to pay for multiple months at once would now be considered non-compliant.

The directive applies to all private unaided recognized schools operating under the regulatory framework of the Delhi education system. It specifically targets practices where schools link admission, continuation of education, or access to facilities with advance fee payments beyond a one-month period.

Officials behind the order have stated that the intent is not to interfere with legitimate school funding requirements, but to ensure fairness in how educational institutions interact with parents.

The decision has been welcomed by many parents who have long complained about the financial pressure of paying quarterly or annual fees in advance. For thousands of families, especially those from low and middle-income backgrounds, school fee cycles have often meant sudden financial strain at the start of each term.

Why The Order Was Issued?

The DoE has cited financial burden as the primary reason for the intervention. In many private schools across Delhi, parents have been asked to pay fees on a quarterly, half-yearly or even annual basis. While some schools justify this by pointing to administrative convenience or cash flow requirements, parents’ associations have repeatedly raised concerns.

The order notes that large upfront payments disrupt monthly budgets and often force families to borrow money or delay other essential expenses. By limiting fee collection to monthly payments, the DoE aims to ensure that financial planning for education becomes more predictable and less stressful for families.

About The Film

Bhooth Bangla follows Arjun Acharya, played by Akshay Kumar, who inherits an old ancestral palace in the village of Mangalpur. Ignoring warnings about a deadly curse linked to a demon named Vadhusur, he decides to host his sister Meera’s wedding there.

As strange supernatural events begin, Arjun must uncover the palace’s dark history to save his family.

The film marks the much-talked-about reunion of Akshay Kumar with director Priyadarshan. It also brings back the fan-favourite trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav after many years. The supporting cast includes Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar and Jisshu Sengupta. The movie also features one of the final performances of veteran actor Asrani.

Jet Fuel Price Hike: State-run oil companies have increased jet fuel prices by 5.33 percent for international airlines. This brings the pricing to $76.55 per kilolitre to $1,511.86 per kilolitre in Delhi. There were no changes for domestic airlines in Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices.

Last month, the Union Government had announced that it had limited the increase in domestic ATF prices to 25 percent to Rs. 1,04,927 per kilolitre to protect passengers from a steeper fare shock.
